This is the second time I have used this company for a medical test. On both occasions everything went smoothly. The test results came back very quickly. I had a particular requirement for the Certificate which I needed for Visa purposes and my special requirements were handled effectively.

The website was easy to use and the I got the information I needed. The test results came back quickly and the staff were very helpful.

Shocking experience, stay away if you want to get any sorts of health tests. This company is shocking, there is very poor communication, the results should be within 5 days but I dint get any even month after they received the tests. Miss W. is communicating only until you request refund then she stops responding. I really question if she knows about customer protection law.
Please everyone stay away from this SCAM COMPANY !!!!

Timely - received results with the exact timeframe given. I required a quick turnaround and had not used the company before. Would highly recommend based on this experience. The tests were easy to use too

Swabs taken nearly 1 month ago. I was told 2-10 working days for processing. 19 working days later and several prior requests for an update which they could not provide, I request a refund. Suddenly they have my results! I am continuing to press for a refund as I have had to seek additional testing in the interim.

Zero stars. Do not trust this company at ALL!!!! Go to your doctor, clinic, public health, ER, or local testing services if you are concerned.

I used this testing out of extreme fear and wanted results quickly. I thought I was exposed to a disease through my healthcare job and initially thought my client had HIV. Turns out my patient didn’t have HIV, meaning, I’ve never ever been exposed to HIV and they gave me a positive result?. Have only been with one partner all my life with no history of any sexually transmitted diseases from my partner and I. Cost way too much money and feeds off of fears! Please avoid at all cost! AVOID!!!! WARNING!!

Update: Better2know wrongfully diagnosed me with a false positive most likely to get me paying for more services. After being properly tested with a healthcare provider I am 100% negative three months following the testing with better2know. In the terms and conditions they claim it’s on the individual to be responsible and maintain accuracy of the test (so what am I suppose to take my own blood or something >:/ ??) and claim they are not 100% accurate. At least with a proper licensed/ government accredited healthcare provider you will get accurate results, this business is a sham.

Absolutely avoid this company. This type of blood test is not accurate. They returned twice saying the sample wasn’t good enough and then want to charge me extra for more samples. A complete scam. Don’t waste your money.

Avoid. I am writing this one month after paying almost £300 for two tests, supposedly done quickly. I have been given wrong information, no information, partial information. this is to protect my partner who has a low immunity and avoid her getting cancer, (i.e. life protection issue) which better2know are fully aware of, but they still mess it all around. one month later i am having conversations where they admit to having forgotten to send out the right sample kits. i have offerred to just go and get it sorted out properly, at one of their clinic, but they say they won't transfer the payment i have made despite their mess ups eg forgetting to send tests.

It is like a fraud and blackmailing company! Do not trust them at all! I am following up but I doubt their certificate is real!

From booking the test to receiving the results I cannot fault a thing. I have had a couple of queries and Louise from customer services has been very responsive. Thanks all

In Ireland, SH:24 offers a faster service. Complete waste of time paying over the odds (or even at all) for a test that takes longer than one that is freely available and more efficient. Avoid avoid avoid!

I ordered the "Peace of Mind" STI test and was set up quickly with a local lab. One month after testing and still no results or refund despite contacting and discussion the situation with their customer service. At this point I could have had 3-4 new tests with results. Beginning to believe that I will neither see my results nor my money. Trash service - look elsewhere.

Fantastic service, Louise was extremely responsive and helpful. I needed my test for fertility preservation treatment and Louise answered all of my queries, and went above and beyond to get my results to me.

I would strongly recommend avoiding better2know for various reasons.

Firstly, there was a considerable delay in receiving my results, which I completely understand is necessary for accuracy. However, the lack of communication about the progress created significant anxiety, where I had to call/email to chase and question where my results were. When you do end up speaking to someone, they lack knowledge and are very rude over the phone.

For instance, when I finally received my results, I was simply told, "We don't know, consult your GP." This left me questioning the value of the service and the substantial cost involved. They seemed to offer minimal guidance and charged a significant fee for multiple "I don't know" responses.

To make matters worse, when I finally received my results, they were inaccurate. They stated that I was positive when I wasn't. Their explanation was, "Sorry, there was a misinterpretation of the results." Such errors are unacceptable for the price you pay for the service, and regardless this can lead to significant stress and anxiety.

The subpar quality of customer service, delayed responses, and the recurring lack of knowledge among their staff do not justify the high price they charge. I strongly advise against using this service.

I did bring these concerns to the customer service team's attention before posting this review, hoping to get compensation on the service I received. While they acknowledged the issues and offered apologies, they failed to take any accountability for the problems.

Despite a potentially longer wait for the NHS, I would steer clear of using the Better2know service. Despite their claim of being quick, their knowledge in handling such sensitive matters is severely lacking.

Cancelled my appointment but spoke with customer service agent who told me this was fine and I could get a refund. Now they are telling me I am not entitled to a refund even though I would not have cancelled if I was not entitled to a refund. Out of pocket €385 which is just devastating when the pharmacy didn't even incur any expenses (I spoke with them and they filled the slot I missed)

Better2know do performed an amazing testing service when I needed it. And Louise Wright always respond my question quickly. I really appreciate.
