Pilates and Yoga classes
I am writing to share feedback regarding the booking process for pilates and yoga classes at the Wembley location.
I have found the app to be consistently slow, particularly at 10:00 PM when bookings open. I frequently encounter a "something went wrong" error message, which requires a refresh. By the time the app reloads at 10:01 PM, the classes are already fully booked.
Given that the Wembley studio is small with only 12 available spaces, the current schedule does not seem to meet member demand. I would like to suggest increasing the frequency of pilates and yoga classes throughout the week to better accommodate everyone interested in attending

All classes are released at 22:00, 7 days in advance, which allows all members an opportunity to book. We understand that this time can get particularly busy, and we are always looking into ways to improve this.

Broken machines, limited space and dirty changing rooms
Most machines that I planned to use were broken. There is limited space in the “stretching area” as it is mainly taken up by people on the machines. So I made use of the empty studio downstairs but was kicked out as it’s only used for classes. Doesn’t make much sense if it’s just sat there empty. Finally, the cleanliness of the female changing rooms and showers is not at a good enough level.

The swimming pool and changing…
The swimming pool and changing facilities are currently experiencing issues with cleanliness and temperature, with both areas being notably cold. Additionally, a significant number of lockers are out of order, and the sauna is not operational.

I have just re- joined after 5years and…
I have just re- joined after 5years and have been disappointed that the app to book classes is still very slow to access at the witching hour of 10pm to book classes for the following week. Also disappointed that there are not any more Pilates or Yoga classes for those of us that work. Why can’t there be more classes at the weekend and across the week for these classes particularly? The steam room has only 2 sessions for women only which again I think is unfair.
Otherwise centre remains convenient for me and is still very clean which is important.

It's not what when wrong this time, it's more like what hasn't gone wrong because there's always an issue at Better. Some of the cubicles are not in good working order, for example the doors cannot lock and I have had members coming in on me while I was getting changed. On one occasion it was the cleaner who came in on me and if I had wanted to be seen naked I would have chanced outside. Some of them do not have anything to hang your bag because they are broken and haven't been replaced. Half the time there are no hand towels to dry your hands and some times there's no toilet paper. Inside of the cubicles are always dirty and smell of urine even when it's just opened after 18:00, you would have expect it to be freshen up a bit. The Sana is good but the steam room is rubbish. I've cancelled my membership recently and uncancelled it but I'm looking for somewhere else with a Sana and Steam room and I can assure you that other members are looking to move on all so. I have complained before and I've heard others say that they have complained and absolutely nothing has been done.

Great location and a variety of services for all
it's been some time since I've had a membership to a recreation centre, I wish I had joined sooner. I joined to learn how to swim and the session I attend on Wednesday has an amazing, understanding and patient instructor. I've also accessed some of the fitness classes. I do find the booking system frustrating as I would like to try new classes however the most popular ones get booked up within seconds of being released by regular attenders and this doesn't allow new comers to experience the fitness classes.

Wembley Better Gym very unclean
Wembley Better Gym is simply the dirtiest gym I've ever experienced The Joga and Pilates studio is rarely ever cleaned and has so much human hair and dirt which remains week after week that it really detracts from the excellent instructors led studio classes that take place there. The equipment in the gym in not properly maintained. A little bit of effort from senior management would transform this gym. It would seem local on‐site managers would like to improve things but central management are not interested. A real shame .

Poor experience and avoid this leisure center for learning swimming
Had a poor experience with this leisure center swimming program. Highly not recommend to any parents to put their kids here to learn swimming as it's waste of both time and money. The swimming management has no accountability of the course they offer with Lack of training structure and too often changes to swimming coach which affect the growth of students. Also no one takes things seriously when highlighted rather will shift the blame at the students. Spent almost a year withy child but absolutely no growth in terms of learning swimming.

Simply Horrible and Unqualified staff at the Wembley centre. They have zero knowledge and are misleading to the members. Worst experience till date as I have lost my membership money due to staff’s unawareness.
