I had the most helpful customer care experience at Teddington I have had in a long time. (Eleanor you are a star)
Not for Profit, but professional driven seems to be an excellent business model for them.

Horrible staff experience
Horrible staff. Incredibly rude and argumentative about a policy which there is no trace of on their website, or anywhere in the gym. Threatened to kick multiple people out which is incredibly unthoughtful and hurtful. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS CRAP!!!!

Absolutely brilliant gym
Absolutely brilliant gym! The staff are so warm and welcoming, and Harriet and Darren are extremely helpful and easy to talk to. The gym has a fantastic atmosphere where you feel comfortable regardless of your fitness level. They have all the equipment you could want—including all the cardio equipment I need —and the space is always kept immaculately clean.

Excellent gym!
Having attended this particular gym on a number of occasions both on my own and with family members, I can’t speak highly enough of the cleanliness and the welcome we always receive from the management team and the rest of the staff.
Would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to join a gym or fancies a change in the New Year.

My gym only offered one induction a week, in the evening. I want to train in the morning so that's just not convenient. It's a pity they haven't got enough staff to offer more convenient options. They sent a reminder about the next direct debit and that prompted me to cancel. But of course they need 20 days to cancel, which meant they're taking an extra month's subscription. It seems a bit sneaky to me.

Great gym
Great gym! Prices are fab and the £30 for the 6 week taster sessions got me back into the gym!
Personal trainers are so helpful, chatty and friendly.
Helps that my PT Adam, also runs classes so there’s always consistency during the week.
All the staff really take the time to get to know you and just all in all a lovely place to workout!
