Easy access, good availability on all machine types, friendly staff always around and smiling! Would be 5 stars if my gym had a stair master haha!

The price reflects to quality of the equipment and the cleanliness of the gym. The equipment isn’t new and the cleanliness isn’t it 100%, however comparing to the price you get what you pay for. I wish you could use your membership in other gyms however, the price goes up. When going to another gym. Overall my score is satisfactory.

I will pass on your feedback for the immediate attention of the centre manager so they can look into this as a matter of urgency. Are you please able to clarify why you are unable to access the centre in more details so we can look into this on your behalf? Your membership is up to date so there is no reason why you should not be able to attend the facilities.
