NOT WORTH IT!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
After being super excited to visit with my son after the refurbishment I was extremely disappointed with the soft play. The soft play have not been refurbished, it’s dirty, dusty and just as old. The age group said 0-10 but tbh it’s not fitting for anyone under the age of 3. It’s just a climbing disaster. There’s not even a ball pit, the area makes you feel claustrophobic and not appealing to the kids. The huge windows are dirty, the seats are uncomfortable to sit. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH £7.75 for over 2 years old. I have gone to bigger, better, cleaner, more kid friendly, better age focused and more fun soft play for cheaper. I will definitely not go back to this soft play!

Hi Markiesha,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're genuinely sorry to hear that your recent visit to our soft play area did not meet your expectations, especially after the anticipation of the refurbishment.
We understand your disappointment regarding the play equipment and overall environment. Our goal is always to provide a clean, safe, and enjoyable space for children of all ages, and it's clear from your experience that we fell short. We take your comments seriously, especially regarding cleanliness, age-appropriateness, and comfort, and we will be reviewing these concerns with our team to make necessary improvements.
We're grateful for your honest input and will use it constructively as we continue to assess and enhance our facilities. While we regret that we didn’t provide the experience you were hoping for, we do hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future.
Warm regards,
Charmaine
