Just about better than nothing.
Since being taken over by better, everything has gone downhill. Public swimming sessions have been sidelined, chopped and changed in favour of money spinners. The changing rooms are dirty and in need of a good clean. Hairdryers are broken for months on end.

We understand how important cleanliness and hygiene are, especially when it comes to leisure centres. We will immediately escalate your concerns to the centre manager, who will investigate the points you have raised and take appropriate action. We will also ensure that a deep clean of the areas mentioned is carried out as soon as possible.

I'd booked a Tai Chi class for 21st September when I arrived i was informed that the class had been cancelled. I wasn't notified and even though i appreciate illnesses are unavoidable it would have been nice to have received a text informing me of the cancellation.

A leisure centre for all abilities
This leisure centre has been on my doorstep for many years and I have never used it. However I was referred to a physio course that was in this centre, I was so impressed with the facilities that I have now taken a membership. I am happy with the relaxed atmosphere of the centre and the staff are helpful and pleasant. Should have joined years ago.
