I love the experience so far.The gym is clean and comfortable.
I love the experience so far.The gym is clean and all the equipment’s are easily accessible.
However the male washroom was a turn of for me on my first experience.The floor was wet and the toilet bowls were filled with Poo without flashing.
But apart from that everything else is great .

Such a poor company
Such a poor company. Being mislead so badly to find out that the membership that I wanted to have isn’t comply with what I’ve paid when I turn up the gym. So incorrect and confusion system. Very disappointed.

A new entrance from the pool to the main male changing rooms
Everything is great staff gym pool etc. but there is one thing I wish could change. Is the entrance from the pool to the main male changing rooms. We have to walk through reception sometimes sopping wet and in you bath suit which is quite embarrassing a bit. But other than that evening is great..

I was experiencing problems with my better app as I kept losing my account, I sent an email explaining the situation and also went into my local leisure centre. I am pleased with the outcome and feel reassured that if I experience further issues I can interact with both to resolve any issues

Really 5 star service, when my daughter joined and instructors found out shes there first time one instructor dedicated whole lesson to get her up to speed with basics so she dont fall behind. As well course management when we needed a change takes no time and all is sorted quickly and information passed back immediately, my daughter loves her swimming classes.thank You

I had a terrible experience at Canons…
I had a terrible experience at Canons leisure centre. The staff at reception are beyond rude and unhelpful. The system was down which was not our fault and Claire at reception told me to stop talking to her and get out of the leisure centre. The facilities are also shocking. Changing rooms look like they have not been cleaned in a lifetime. Mold in the showers and a foul smell coming from the toilet. Shocking experience!!

Reception not helpful
Reception not helpful. Last week i ask the guy to change my swimming day then he said his computer blocked. I dont think so , i could not accept his reason. Receptionist should willing to explain, help and smiling face. Mitcham canon Reception should well train.

I would like to say good place to have…
I would like to say good place to have swimming lessons but unfortunately wash room not enough for female. Only 2 with doors and 2 without door without door shower both not working properly.

Both daughters love lessons and i love…
Both daughters love lessons and i love coming for a swim. Only really problem is that the cleanliness of toilets and changing room isn't always great.
