Withdrew money still it processed agents now ending chat on me and are extremely rude.

I advise people to stay well clear of the betstorm site, I registered and deposited money and had a bet on a football match, I won £99.00 and asked for a withdrawal, this was just to test the speed of their payouts, I was then inundated with requests for documents which I supplied, but they kept asking for docs in different format or picture taken differently which I did, we just went round and round in circles, every time I requested my money they requested documents I'd already sent, this i reckon was a delaying tactic used by scammers, I still haven't received the money I'm owed, I will report them to all the authorities available and pester them until they pay what I am owed, going by their actions so far I can only assume they are scammers and thieves, I hope they prove me wrong by paying up before I get really angry.

If you’re considering BetStorm, think twice. Their support is evasive, their verification demands are unreasonable, and their handling of vulnerable customers is disgraceful. I’ll be escalating this to the Gambling Commission and Casino Guru — and I won’t stop until they’re held accountable.

Absolutely shocking I withdrew 700 pound after deposit a thousand and they put it to my old bank card what was lost even tho I haven't used that one in about 4 years on there site also I withdrew the money to the card I deposited with now they have split my withdrawal between. Two cards the old and new there both at the same bank so no excuses now they keep charging withdrawal fees to send my money to the wrong account every time it's a joke I have been back and forth through email and sent a bank statement as proof all I wanted was the money to go to my account I deposited with I have the screen shot of my withdrawal been requested with my new card that I deposited with so I don't see why they took it up on themselves to change it to my old one I will not be playing here again

If there were no stars this company would have got none happy to take your money but as soon as you withdraw there asking for all forms of I.d there should be a law where you can't deposit without I.d 1st then they wouldn't be able to keep your deposits

Do not use this site please. You might as well chuck your money away. They do not pay any returns on the casino games. Its a scam site. What a disaster of a company takes 1% of your withdrawals and also takes your sign up bones of you when you withdraw any funds. Keep away it's is an absolute shambles of a betting company.

withdrawal is not able EVEN if you send photo of You holding Id card. As other customers say - this site should be closed, I try to submit a complaint to a proper institutions.

Betstorm. I have been waiting for a withdrawal of 1500 for 6 weeks now. That's it. What they don't know is I work in government as a consultant and my colleagues work for the minister in charge of gambling and I have spoken to them and they are going to raise this and launch an inquiry. I tried being patient but this site needs to be taken down and will not rest until it is done so.

Please avoid. I can't withdraw my money. It has been over two months now of trying but they are not responding to any emails or complaints. Live chat is saying that 'it is being reviewed by them team' and they don't have any more information. I think Gambling Commission should have a proper look here. Once my problem is solved I will write my complaint to them for sure.

The worst company. They steal your money. I have already brought legal action to rescue my funds as this company refuse to pay out. I deposited on last week and they have done right refused to pay. I would never ever use this company even if it was the last one on the market. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Well... simply put AVOID this site at all costs as they DO NOT LIKE PLAYERS WHO WIN!

I usually stake £100 on single markets but this was quickly restricted down to around £10 after winning my initial bets.

The withdrawal process was painful to say the least but I managed to become fully verified (be prepared to go as far as taking a selfie while holding up your passport next to your face). Then withdrawals were processed on a daily basis.

However, I managed to win around £500 in total even though my stake amounts were severely restricted. Then all of a sudden with no notice, my account was suspended for no good reason and my last winning bet of around £75 (if I remember correctly) was not even paid out!

You have been warned!

Worst site EVER!!!! £400 in and not one win over £4. Avoid at all cost!!!!

I signed up with betstorm last weekend on a bet £10, get a £30 free bet. Unknowingly, I entered the promotion code, BET30 in the wrong place, needless to say I didn’t get my free bet.
However, on contacting customer support and explaining my mistake, Daniel has manually added a free £30 bet to my account having no obligation to do so. Also, I’ve already withdrawn cash from the account with no issue and very promptly.
I guess there are many people who just don’t positively review.
