BetBright are my preferred online bookmaker, I’ve used many but their generous promotions, rewarding loyalty and quick and friendly support teams make them standout. The App including timeform information for horse racing is very useful also. Just wish tote (forecast/tricast) betting was available.

Got emailed and texted a bet £30 get a £30 free bet offer so I done it and lost both. I then had my account restricted for taking the offer that I was spammed with. Avoid this bookmaker and stick to the ones which don't ban you for using the offers that they spam you with

Avoid this site at all cost
Avoid this site at all cost. Terrible t&c if you take the bonus money when you deposit. And when trying to withdraw they want passport number then a bank card picture then another passport and utilities bill in pdf format !!!!!!!! I’ve been a member of many betting sites before and I’ve never heard of anything as silly. The only thing I never had a problem with funny enough was my deposit.

We display the terms and mechanics of all our promotions on the landing page, one click away in the registration forms and in the opt-in box when a deposit is made. We cannot be more transparent than this and have found that all our sign up offers are very popular.
In regard to documentation, verbatim from our Help Centre will help to explain the process you are going through:
"In line with our legal, compliance and regulatory requirements we are obliged to perform age verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks.
Upon registration, automated checks are run to verify that the account holder is over 18 and the details provided, including the payment methods used, are legitimate by using reliable independent source documents, data or information.
There are however several reasons that the electronic checks fail to fully verify the account holder and therefore need the account holder to verify the account details registered.
This is an industry-wide process and is not an uncommon request to be made. We appreciate that it can be an inconvenience, however, the issue of security of customers’ accounts and our business is paramount."
