After winning around €250 I tried to withdraw it and I am now waiting close to a month, and not one person can give me an update. I went through their Skype verification process previously and had already submitted various forms of id. I am still waiting on someone to contact me. Their customer service is appalling, all they say is 'we have forwarded your query onto the revelant department'. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a manager but they tell me I can't or there is none!!!
They draw people in with their free bets and bonuses but if you win they will never pay out. I wish I never signed up with this company, they are a joke. I'm with bet365 now and they are so much better.
Update - 27th May, still waiting on my withdrawal. Will not reply to emails, customer service on live chat still saying the same 'we've sent your query on to the relevant department'
They are a joke and so corrupt. How do we stop these thieves. I've emailed the Curaçao Gambling Commission and they don't reply either. No one is regulating this company. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Bet2u sito inaffidabile, account verificato faccio un prelievo di 110€ giorno 11/01/2022, già l'indomani avevo i soldi sul conto chiedo un prelievo giorno 18/01/2022 e ancora ad oggi 31/01/2022 il prelievo non è stato ancora elaborato rispondono sempre e solo tramite live chat che si scusano del ritardo.ma non mi sanno fornire spiegazioni precise su quando verrà elaborato, tramite mail non rispondono più,il sito peggiore al mondo sono inaffidabili,se avete avuto esperienze simili fatemi sapere grazie

Assolutamente una truffa, non pagano le vincite! Deposito 300 euro, arrivo e 500 e decido di testare l'affidabilità del prelievo...ma nessuna risposta da oltre un mese...Non rispondono alle mail e in chat dicono che non se ne occupano in chat...Evitate di fare il mio stesso errore...

I registered six months ago and started betting on sports on the website bet2u.com. I have replenished my account several times but have never ordered money for withdrawal! Two weeks ago I wanted to withdraw money from my account - but my account was unverified! - for verification, I uploaded copies of my documents, went through a video conference via Skype - and waited for the verification result until today!
Today my account on the site was blocked, I received an email from the site "Dear Customer,
Our security team has detected the violation of point 23.6 of our terms and conditions. As a result, your account has been permanently closed and a return of your net deposits (total deposits- total withdrawals) will be made. The return shall be made via the same method through which your deposits had been made. "
"23.6 Users are forbidden from allowing third parties to access and use their accounts. Should it be found that a user has breached this rule, the User's account shall be permanently closed and a cancellation of all of their bets shall take place."
I confirm that this account is mine and mine alone, and I have never transferred it to anyone else!

Totale scam, mi hanno fregato 3k

Ho fatto un prelievo di 52 € due settimane fa e non mi hanno accreditati i fondi ,il supporto bet2u.com non risponde mai le email ,e la chat se ne lavono le mani, dicendo che è sempre in elaborazione, (ma se il prelievo ci vogliono dai 3 a 5 giorni,infatti c'è scritto nei termini e condizioni, che scusa è questa!) e che quando mi pagheranno mi invieranno una email di conferma , ma sicuramente è falso, indubbiamente è un sito scommesse e casinò di truffatori, non depositate assolutamente ho perderete anche il deposito!!!

E' un sito truffaldino....ho chiesto un prelievo di 50 euro l' 11 di ottobre e a tutt' oggi non hanno pagato....e dico 50 euro! figuriamoci 300 euro o più....non rispondono alle mail....comunque ci rinuncio e cercherò solo di capire se potrò rivolgermi a qualche autorità garante...non tanto per i 50 euro, ma soprattutto per poterli danneggiare nei confronti di qualunque malaugurato nuovo cliente, che deve sapere che i soldi li prelevano subito ma che non pagano mai
