Company offered a great sale that allowed me to get a good deal. The 2st time I ordered, one product wasnt on back order and they contacted me to notify me and provide alternative options if I wanted. Great customer service. Products actually work, on week 4 now, and my body has become very solid, shoulders and chest growing insanely fast, legs showing much more definition.

Conflicting attitudes and objectives in customer service department. Most of the people are fantastic - but in one case - I was sent an email with a discount code and for some reason it failed to store in my email folder. The discount was offered (I did not ask for it and was happy without it) because one of the items was delayed in shipment. When I inquired to customer service - I got a different person than the one who sent it - and he just "blew me off" and did not want to bother resending the email or offering the same discount. For that reason, I now order from other companies - not because of price or any basic performance issue - but simply because it is difficult for me to feel comfortable giving money to a group that includes arrogant and uncaring goof-off types. Sad because they are probably the best company out there and I recommend them - until you get blown off yourself.
