The product I ordered was great and the price was very fair. However, shipping was a bit slow and the package came several days later than anticipated, which threw off my cycle a bit.

Got my supp delivered right on time ordered a couple times so far great service!

I ordered the Winnie stack and finally received it, but it was wrong. Got two of the same thing, I contacted them and they said they would ship me out the correct bottle but I received the same thing as before. After contacting them again they finally sent the correct one. But I'm worried about ordering again, for getting the wrong order again.

All good guys, got your stuff, didn't have to throw that neighbor off their balcony. They threw away the box, guess they were going to put it on ebay.

I ordered on June 2 when my order was confirmed.
I never heard anything again until I contacted them. They replied the product was out of stock and just restocked and my order would be shipped asap.
A week later I checked my order status a it said partially shipped. Within a week I had received the entire shipment in two deliveries.
It would have been nice if the company would have communicated with me about my order.
I have done business in the past with them and they were extremely efficient.
I will continue to do business with them and hope they will simply communicate with their customers.

I received my order considerably later than was originally stated. I called the company to find out why and was told that it would be shipped right away. I received notice the next day that it was on it's way. I appreciated their prompt response to the matter.

order #1342919 was not shipped in 10 days! The UPS shipping is making reference to a tracked parcel from a year ago. I'm going to do a charge back.

There service is good I did experience a week wait for my supplements but after my first order I knew what to expect so no problem here and some packages do get sent through mail but bottom line there prices are affordable there trust worthy and they have always answered my emails and my favorite is that they do there research on their supplements on YouTube.... Go team 💪!!!!

Ordered a week+ ago and have been trying to contact them about my order. No answer to phone and mail box is full, no email reply, no insta reply either despite still posting stories and making promo posts🧐. Shouldn’t take this long, will possible change the stars if they resolve this soon but 9-10 days to even ship is crazy

I haven’t received it. The email you sent me to track was incorrect; I kept receiving an “Error” response. I finally realized it had been sent through USPS so went to their tracking site and saw that it had been delivered on May 24 but unfortunately not to me.
