Best Clip On Veneers 

I normally read reviews before parting with my hard earned cash, but reading the negative reviews today has made me think all along that this company is a SCAM...!!!
The communication I had with Jasmin when they sent me the kit to construct the samples were quite promising. She advised me that a model is being made up and sent to the lab and I should the receive the vaneers in 14-21 working days.

My order was placed on 4th Sept-18. It is now 19th Nov-18.
I'm quite a patient guy and willing to wait for a product so it is made correctly, rather than them rushing it.

For me to not receive a response to emails makes me think the company is a scam. I hope they are not, but since i have sent three emails and they have merely ignored them, I will now have to write-off the £329.99.

Can someone from BCOV send me a personal email (non-generic) and advise what the status of my order is please.

If not, I will send an email to Trading Standards with whom I have a personal relationship with.

SCAM!!! Do not order from this company!

Won't answer messages! Won't send product! Ordered in September and still waiting! I understood it takes time and initially wasn't even worrrid about waiting but it's the non responsive, just ignoring messages that I can't deal with!

They sent me a generic email last week -

"Due to a large amount of negative media that has been sanctioned against the company from a group of customers we are suffering a large amount of incoming communications. To which we cannot answer in a timely manor. For a number of various reason we have undergone a number of issues from a hateful batch of customers and some difficult customers that we can only assume have been directed to us from the competition.

We built this business up in under 12 months. Our product is the best looking on the market and our before and after pictures clearly demonstrate this. Due to the negative campaign actioned we will no longer be taking new orders. This is sad not only as because of the people that have done this but it means that everyone will have to go and buy veneers that just don't have the design and aesthetics we were able to offer.

If you're waiting for your order.
We will process and make any order that has already been purchased. This may not be delivered to you in the time frame you expected and for this we are sorry. We brought this business to fruition so we could create beautiful looking smiles. Please rest assured if you are waiting for your order and it was not dispatched today 2/11/18 then it will be dispatched no later then 9/11/18. Again we are sorry for the delay and what has happened. We tried everything that we could to maintain and proceed with the business. The impact from the large amount of negativity has now left this an nonviable option.

Again, if you have ordered from us, you WILL receive your veneers.

Well done to all of you involved in the negative comments published as you have not only ruined our business and our lively hood but you have also ruined the possibility of future customers having a great looking smile at an affordable price. For those of you that had nothing to do with this. Again we are sorry.

I replied more or less saying that they knew I was a genuine customer who paid my money so why not reply to me! The reason they don't is because it's all BULL! No one ruined their business maliciously! The reviews are all true!

I emailed again asking where mine sent on the 9th as per their own email, again no response AND NO PRODUCT!

And I just went online there and tried to order and of course the website is still active and let me take the order right to check out and the part where you enter card details! They haven't closed the business at all!!

PLEASE do not order from this company! I genuinely wish I had of read the reviews first!!

STRESSED OUT BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY. Paid them almost £300 for clip on veneers. On ebay. Ignoring all of my messages. Not got a penny back. Has anyone managed to get a refund from them?

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not give this company any of your money. I ordered veneers on August the 3rd and it is now November 7th and still have received nothing. The company has taken my money and will not give any refund nor send the veneers. This company is A SCAM THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. you will not be able to get in touch with them, THEY HAVE STOPPED REPLYING TO MY MESSAGES AND WONT REFUND ME. I SHOULDVE LISTENED TO THE OTHER REVIEWS AND NOT IM SCREWED OUT OF MONEY BECAUSE I TRUSTED THEM. BEWARE THEY ARE THIEVES.

Ordered these 4 months ago heard nothing then I emailed them 2 months ago to be told they were getting made and I should have then within 21 working days I have emailed 5 times in the last few weeks with no reply! Joke of a company.

JUST RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM THEM SAYING THAT THEY ARE CLOSING THE COMPANY

I ADVISE EVERYONE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR BANK / credit card ASAP.

I wish I could give zero I really do were do I start, they was for my wife laura so i did the 50% plan so i pad 94.99 and recieved a really bad kit (even my dentist said so) i went on there website were you could get help for a impression and the video was a link too a YouTube video nothing too do with them and she was using putty in the video.fabulous. obviously no intstructions in the parcel, so a second kit was given too me WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS so I took it too my dentist she said it was the least proffesional thing she's seen but with god watching we got an impression and I sent it off next day delivery,

Soooo 4 whole weeks later I sent 5 emails and managed too pay the other 50% BUT I was told if I didn't upgrade too there 'platinum' veneers it would be a copy of my teeth but white so I endes up paying a grand total of 198.99 for my too teeth, after this a lot of emails were exchanged and I mean about 25 finally I was given 3 different dates but then they was dispatched finally they come and thy don't even come too my gum line and honestly they looked like theyd been stamped on by a rather large wild animal

So I post a review and send pictures too them emails and post all over there Facebook, I thene receive an Emil saying there happy too reprint my veneers but I have too take my reviews down???? Not too mention she blamed it on my impression which I asked 43 times was it ok not even exaggerating, too be told she can't say because 'she's not a dentist'

I then thought fine ilk take them down, she then explained i would have my veneers in a week too which i replied if it was my impression that made them look like that and not fit or clip in wouldnt i need another impression, of course she ignored me,beautifully done

The next week they landed in my hands and honestly they'd got worse the asdas Halloween ones were better looking I've never seen something so bad they're missing half on one side and they stick out too the point were I can't close my mouth (my own teeth don't)

59 emails, two sets of absolute crap, the person under me IS RIGHT they do say its fake reviews tell you what I ordered with a girl called Jasmin and she replies off a iPhone how's that for proof and guess what I've raised a chargeback with my bank and won it but PayPal I didn'tso im still 94.99 out of pocket

From the moment of purchase - you get a confirmation email a few days later from someone sitting in their shed. Send you impression pack and couple of cut out someone’s put together in their shed. This person then forwards your impression to the dental tech.
Everything so far sends you signal this is not a professional company despite the website. I start questioning why I didn’t go for insta smile better set up company and not someone sitting in their shed.
Ordered in April in time for my wedding in August.
When product came in like June!? It was badly designed did not fit on teeth if you clip it on one side the other become loose. Sent photos - they agreed to try again - I emphasised my wedding is in August. Sent and email confirms that impression was sent off to technician to be made.
Never heard nothing since.
My wedding is done and dusted.
I decided to open a case with my credit card company and they returned what I paid after looking at all the emails sent. Luckily I paid by credit card.

I WISH I HAD LOOKED THROUGH THESE EMAILS FIRST. Don’t waste your time or money - pay a little more and be hassle free !

Promised even just last Friday that my veneers would be sent out and I was told to remove my previous review. And what a surprise close to five months later still no sign of my veneers despite ongoing promises. Next step will be the small claims court and the offices of fair trading with an exsposé on tv. I’ll use my tv and media contacts to get this through. Not just words nor a threat but a promise.

Being ignored now! Ordered in may it's now October! Wife is getting charge back from bank and trading standards r involved! Don't waste your time or money! I will keep leaving reviews until they are stopped from ripping people off!

Dont use THESE jokers, 6 weeks in and blocked off Facebook page and no response on emails, I'm going to have to take them to a small claims court to get over £300 back, absolutely RUBBISH.

Now I didn't get my teeth because I read the bad reviews and demanded a refund
And I got a full refund
I am going to 're place an order with them this week now I know it's real and they do listen to

Shocking, lies after lies, still no product months after a succession of failed promises, steer clear. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

I WISH I COULD SAY THIS WAS GREAT EXPERIENCE. I notice other reviews stating that, I have to wonder if they are being paid for good reviews. I can't imagine a company that does me so poorly and others great!! Unless we are all being dealt with by Jasmin? I feel like it's not even a real human that's communicating. I have paid final payment not to mention $50 in shipping. First week in June. I am unemployed, broke, had to beg&borrow take for my family's mouth. All I get is broken promises. I am so mad!!!! They even threatened to get legal department on me if I keep talking about them negatively. I responded PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LEGAL DEPT. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL INSTRUCT YOU TO MEET YOUR OBLIGATIONS FIRST!!!! HOW STUPID. They can't even spell correctly on emails. No contact info. Period. no phone number. Terrible experience

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, the veneers came only 2 days after I ordered them and the content of the package was amazing!

My order was very late and customer communications can be lacking. I was informed there were production machinery issues but although my order was due at the end of July, by the end of August I still hadn’t received my veneers. My credit card company successfully processed a chargeback for me. I have been assured by the firm they will be making improvements across the board and have amended my review as a gesture of good faith. I hope they don’t disappoint future customers in the same way I have been.

Do not normally write reviews as for every negative one the company get they get their employees to write two excellent ones.
However, after reading what dire service people have had from this company i had too.

Firstly be aware the mixture you receive is not the one which is advertised, you will get a powder not the putty, it states you will receive free gloves as the mixing process is messy, you wont,
the video on the site shows putty being used so is no use what so ever.
i contacted them and got told "i will get our I.T. to change the video, but after reading a few of the other reviews it seems its been a problem for a while, i asked for gloves to be provided and got told they would be sent out, they wernt.
i did receive another package of the putty still with no gloves, and what set the alarm bells ringing was within the package was a piece of paper stating that if you remove the molds from the putty a charge of £29.99 , then on a separate piece of paper the same information with extra wording stating this would now cost £34.99, when i contacted them to clarify i got told this was a "typo" the second copy which stated £34.99 has an extra 65 words , "a typo" !!!!.

The return address information looks like its been cut out by a 2 year old (in fact a 2 year old would do a better job)
you will have to pay for returning your moulds (they dont tell you that bit)

I decided not to go ahead with making the moulds as i had that gut feeling that this transaction was going to be a night mare, i did contact these people to inform them that i had changed my mind and would like a refund after returning the items they sent, of course i got the " there is no refund" crap, the mixtures had not been opened and still sealed, i am now in the process of following other peoples advice and contacting Pay pal.
If like me you do not normally write reviews please take 5 minutes to write one for these, as potential customers need to know what they are about to encounter.

I have edited this review as I have now recieved my clip in veneers. It has taken some time, the customer service and communication is poor.

POOR IMPRESSION KIT - Firstly the impression kit was not as displayed on the website, so if you want to know how to get a good impression, you'll have to do your own research, as the video on the website shows a putty impression and not the powder that I got sent.

POOR and MISLEADING COMMUNICATIONS - After sended my impressions off a second time and asking for a comformation email to state the impression had been received and was usable. I never got this email and had to email again over a week after I had sent the impression back to ask if they had been received. I then recieved an email back saying their machine had broken and they wouldn't beable to tell me if the impression was usable for another week. I NEVER received the email to say if the impression was usable, until I asked 3 weeks later.
So after over a month and a half after placing the original order I emailed to ask when I could expect my verneers, as I wanted them for a special occasion.
I was then told I would have to wait another week to 2 weeks, unless I paid an extra £50 for the fast track service, then I could have them with 3 days. This was very insulting considering the verneers had already taken longer then advertised. I chose not to take this option and 2 weeks later I opened a case with them, after I opened the case I was promised on a few occasions that the veneers would be sent out and they were not. To avoid Paypal finding in my favour best clip on veneers used the proof of postage from the impression kits, fortunately paypal understood this and continued to escalate the case, after paypal refused the proof of postage from the second impression kit, best clip on veneers finally sent out my veneers.

PRODUCT REVIEW - the veneers are usable, fit pretty well and do improve your smile.
I will be wearing them, the only down side is the finish on this item isn't great, they have a few jagged edges. The company do offer a adjustment service if the veneers don't fit or aren't quite right, but unfortunately given the problems I've had receiving them in the first place I would have no confidence using this service.

It's a shame this company dont take a little more time in keeping customers accurately updated about there orders, instead of assuming just beacuse they dont give an exact delivery time on their website they can take as long as they like to process an order. Also a little more effort finishing the product to a higher standard, would go a long way, if they did this I believe they would have a few more positive reviews.

Excellent company I recieved my veneers today and I am honestly over the moon they fit perfectly and I have not stopped smiling all day
The whole experience from receiving my impression kit to receiving my veneers has been a good one all message of updates were answered and I can honestly say I will be using this company again 👍👍
