When I bought this Visitor chair, there was a fault with the chair back. I emailed the company and received the new part just 2 days later.
The chair is very good quality, comfortable, much better than I dared hope because the price was reasonable. It looks lovely in my sitting room and I am considering purchasing another. I will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends.

I recently needed to buy a good quality office chair at home during the working day and evenings on my gaming computer, so I decided to buy the Pledge May High Back Task Chair.

I've been very fortunate, to say the least since I currently use a Pledge-branded office chair, namely the Ethos model. Having used the same office chair for 11 years, it is still a superb comfortable chair to this very day.

So, without any doubts I purchased the May High Back model also made by Pledge, a British-branded company, all chairs are manufactured in the UK, so you are guaranteed excellent quality. It has the same foam seating base and back as my Ethos, I did enquire with the staff member on the website live chat to confirm this before I placed my order.

I also opted for the sliding seat, lumbar support and adjustable arms options as well, I'm 6ft 4, so I need to use a comfortable chair to accommodate my body length, glad to say the May High Back chair does an excellent job of providing all-day comfort.

If you are looking to purchase an excellent quality office chair that will provide you with all-day comfort and support, I highly recommend Pledge branded office chairs, as stated I currently use the Ethos model and have done for 11 years and it is still very comfortable.

Since my chair was a custom made-to-order chair I had little waiting time for the chair to arrive, around 10 working days. The chair was very well packaged and protected, fully built ready to use, I only needed to affix the wheelbase to the chair which was simple to do, no tools needed.

Also, worth noting, BestBuy-OfficeChairs were the cheapest around for the chair including the added-on customisations, so thanks for the great pricing and free delivery also.

Ordered a Desk mobile pedestal which unfortunately was damaged in transit. Bestbuy Office Chairs customer service dealt with it promptly and arranged for a replacement unit to be delivered and the damaged item to be collected. An excellent service.

Eco Under Desk Mobile Pedestal 2 Drawer: Excellent quality much better than I expected. Already assembled and just needed to attach draw handles and wheels. Arrived well packaged and just 3 days after placing order. Highly recommend company and product.

Unable to return product. The business model is fraudulent, if you order on line you should be able to return if the product has been assembled. In this case I ordered a chair that turned out to be uncomfortable to the extent that it left marks on my back but as I had assembled I could not return it. I am not sure how I would know if the chair is comfortable without assembling and sitting on it. I am now stuck with an uncomfortable chair. I would not buy anything from this company again.

When I ordered my desk I picked the wrong size and only noticed when I got my confirmation email. I called bestbuy as soon as I noticed my error and this was sorted asap, I then received a new order confirmation with the correct sized desk.

The Desk arrived within a few days of the order being placed despite having a 7-10 day delivery schedule. I also got a call to book in my delivery the day before via the courier company.

The tracking was emailed to me on the day of delivery with an expected 2hour time slot

Chair arrived promptly but I found minor cosmetic damage on unpacking. Rang the company who were helpful and efficient. The replacement part arrived quickly. Excellent service.

I had a problem with an order and James was extremely helpful and helped resolve the issue immediately.
James also replied with a quote within minutes of emailing. Fast delivery and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Promised next day delivery never arrived. Phoned next day was told item out for delivery, checked on DPD tracker they didn't even have item so phoned again was promised return phone call, still waiting. Will never buy from these liars again. As to reply if you think that was 5 minutes you need to fix your clock.

Box was delivered on time & put where I asked. My 10 year old Grandson assembled one & my 12 year old the other. They were given a thorough adult tighten by my son. I am very pleased with them.

Ordered ERGO MESH MANAGER CHAIR which arrived on stated date and well packaged. Pleasant delivery service.
Chair itself appears robust but assembly instructions quite difficult. Pictures only with no instructions. I had to contact company to check on ways to change position of backrest. Nothing in instructions re this. To be fair company did respond quickly although even then advice given was not too clear. Assembly instructions give web address for advice re assembly but they did not reply to my contact.
Chair is fairly firm and I would not like to use it for prolonged periods. However as regards value for money and service from Best Buy Office chairs I am satisfied. This is my second purchase from this company and would use again.
