I bought the Barney Leather Chair. The chair was very uncomfortable for me on day 1 and I started to have back pain. The padding on the chair is quite thin. I emailed customer service for returns and was told that it would cost me £20 for returns. My advice is check the returns policy before purchase and It would have been better buying from Amazon due to customer service and returns policy.

I rang best-buy-office chairs for advice about buying a chair for my daughter who is going to work from home. The person I spoke to was very patient. knowledgeable and helpful with no hard sell at all. As a result I decided to buy from this firm and am happy that a good choice has been made.

Great price, fast delivery and a good product

Bought a chair that had scuff marks on the lower part, Wasn't happy with it so asked to return it. Reasonble customer service, but a high charge of £33.60 for this.

Great customer service. I had issues with the courier failing to deliver and the assistance to get the problem resolved was second to none. I’d highly recommend them!

It's a decent computer chair and only downside is it doesn't raise up as far as I would like
It arrived well ahead of time but the company couldnt tell me who was delivering it and when which I found a bit odd.

Delivery from this guys was SO FAST.
Also the chair was about £70 cheaper than the same model at staples.

After working from home for 18 months, decided to get a slightly better adjustable office chair - went for the Ergo Mesh Manager Chair, just arrived & despite my concerns over the not great instructions, the chair is super easy (but a bit heavy) to put together... Its an incredibly comfortable chair, considering its also quite cheap. Really impressed with it so far - only gripe is that you can't move the seat depth (clearly I didn't read the blurb properly!!)

Purchased first chair in lockdown period through sale and could not be more satisfied. Delivery was prompt and efficient and assembling chair was easy even with instructions. It is comfy even for long periods of work, i would recommend this company.

I bought a chair online. It isn't fit for purpose and I've been told that to return I'd be charged a £28 restocking fee and potentially more. You have to dismantle the thing too!

If you don't want all that hassle, I suggest buying a chair from somewhere that has a free 14-day return policy, and if possible, somewhere they build and deliver (so you don't have to dismantle if you have to return)

I recently bought an ergo-tek chair from best-buy. Unfortunately there was a problem with it upon delivery. I emailed them and I have to say their customer service team (I spoke to Marion) was great! They sent out new parts immediately and were very responsive. Actually a really good service!

Can’t use enough superlatives. From online order to sitting in it was less than 24 hours! James on the day of delivery confirmed they were in their way and gave me the TNT tracking number. Would highly recommend the ‘Dura High Back Leather Office Chair’ (took longer to get out of the packaging than set up, no tools required). The arms don’t need to be fixed if not required but come with a key for the supplied bolts if you do.

Would definitely order from BestBuy again.

We have purchased many chairs from Best Buy and have always found them very helpful. Delivery is on time, produces are easy to assemble and the aftercare is great. Had a problem with a chair dropping after 10 month so sent an e-mail. James replied within 5 minutes and arranged for a new gas lifter to be delivered. That is why they are my first port of call in the future.

Absolute joke of a company. I ordered an office chair over a month ago, it finally arrived 3 weeks after the due date without any screws to put it together.
I had to ring customer service to find out what had happened. They said the courier (dpd) tried to deliver it. However I never received a tracking number or confirmation of the order from Dpd. Leading me to believe that it hadnt been sent out. I rang them again. They said they'd send it again and send me across a confirmation of that. I never got the confirmation. The chair finally arrives. I open it to find it has not screws to put the chair together.
I ring customer service again. Each time it's the same miserable bloke who clearly couldn't careless about my order. I tell them about the screws, and he says he will send them out and will send confirmation of that, without apology.
A week passes,
I never receive a confirmation, and I never receive the screws.
I call customer service again to speak to the same guy who doesn't remember me or my order despite having spoken to him every week for the past month.
I complain about the service and ask for a refund. He hangs up.
I call again and speak to the 'manager'. When I ask what happened to the screws, she says she has no idea.
When I ask why I never received a call back or email of confirmation for my order. She doesn't know either.
I ask her how she got the manager position. The same response.

I strongly urge anyone who seeks to use this service to go directly to their competitors. This company does not do its job, and the customer service is a joke.

Excellent Customer Service, second to none. After expressing a small concern, I received a prompt and courteous reply by return email and replacement parts shortly after. One happy customer.

What a great service I received from this company, delivery was excellent. I did have a problem with one of the casters but this was dealt with immediately and the next day a new caster arrived.
