I used my new dual heated bicycle gloves yesterday, it was 3 degrees with a hard frost. I set the gloves on the medium setting and had no cold hands. I normally suffer with cold hands and have a draw full of various winter gloves that weren’t up to it . I wish I’d purchased these gloves years ago.

I’m not sure if my review worked or not, so I’m posting this again as I really want to encourage people who have circulation or disorders like myself to try out please insoles. I’ve had Reynards for many years and even moved to a foreign country in order to combat the problem. Moving back to the UK has been crushing for me as I’ve not been able to enjoy many things outside. Simple things like walks in the park with my family, sitting on the park bench watching the kids play simply going through a walk on the windy day. I spent many hours researching all the different types of heated soles and finally settled on these. I’m not disappointed they really changed this winter experience for me. Especially the remote control. Having that ability to control the heat without removing the inner sole makes things so much less complicated. I was particularly impressed that the company sent me an upgrade. Due to the fact that they did not have the one I’d ordered in stock. The upgrade is really good and I’m planning on purchasing the gloves next month after payday!

I had a great experience requesting exchange of product, with flexibility regarding delivery address. I only had a problem at first when using the online customer service chatbox - long reaction time and no link to past contact attempts so one has to relay information all over again if the issues are connected. I recommend emailing the relevant department instead.

Delivery was slow .
Product is ok but the battery’s are big and heavy and a bit industrial in the finish product.
Very expensive for what they are and sadly I won’t recommend and wish I got the Chinese equivalent for a fraction of the price

Had a product query which Bertschat has fully resolved to my satisfaction. I would actually go so far as to say that the level of customer service I received is probably about as good as it gets. This company and its products comes highly recommended.

Gloves good quality not enough heat inside

The fit of the waistcoat is brilliant with zipper adjustments on either side. The inside material is soft and velvety which is a nice touch. The batteries, which are included with the waistcoat, look to be durable and are not too heavy - I have used the waistcoat for a full 5-6 hours on one charge. The push button controls are simple to use however their location on the left breast does make them easy to turn off if you are carrying objects or having an object pressed against you.

I have ordered a number of products from Bertschat now and all have have been of exceptional quality. Delivery has always as specified and timely. My only issue is with the amount of packaging used - surely this can be reduced / minimised in some way?

Great customer service - professional and did exactly as advised would. Delivery was speedy and product - heated socks - is great - my husband is very happy with his gift for this cold weather. Cannot recommend this company enough .

Excellent service! I ordered gloves in Spain, but they were too small, so I returned them. But, by the time the replacements would have arrived, I would have returned to the UK. So Bertschat sent them to my UK address instead. Perfect!

The picture of the hiking socks shows ankle size socks but they are twice as long up to your calves.

Prompt delivery. Struggled finding battery USB port due to being inept but customer service responded within a couple of hours to my query. Gloves fit great and are warm even without using the battery. Will test in Norway in a couple of weeks!

Excellent product and service

The vest works very well and is well made with plenty of adjustment. Gives plenty of heat on the lower setting if worn ovet a base layer with a couple of heat trapping layers over the top. Generally use at home in the evenings to save heating the whole house. I am a medium and went for the larger vest and fits very well. Can use any type of usb power bank. Delivery was extremly quick, ordered Sunday morning arrived Monday

these socks are fantastic ! worn tonight for the first time and wow just wow I love them , I had put off getting heated socks as I thought they would be uncomfortable (sensitive feet) but I could not tell the difference apart from the warmth!! well done I will no doubt be shopping for other items very soon .

I recently bought the heated hoodie and motorbike gloves,I'm a motorbike instructor and am out in all weathers all year
Gloves first . Lovely ,warm ,last a long time but are very tight to get on . I got xlarge which is a size up for me but if my hands are damp I cannot get them on but with dry hands they are slightly too long so can't really get my proper fit. The label on the cuff is about 3 inches long and flaps about at speed ,if I cut it off does that affect my warranty? Apart from that happy with them . Hoodie is great lovely ,warm and with the extra battery power lasts a long time
