I placed an order on September the first, and after about ten days, at my request, I was informed that the same had not been correctly registered by their systems so it would have been cancelled, although the products of the order were still available for the purchase ..... another 15 days to get the refund, obviously net of bank charges .... bad

On Tuesday 22 September I ordered a pair of Brooks Ghost 12GTX running shoes for a good price. Regular updates and tracking of parcel viewable online. Shoes received Saturday 26th September. Amazing, bearing in mind they came via air from mainland Europe, Switzerland I think.

We ordered a jacket for our son, delivery time was fine. Correct jacket arrived but the removable fleece was not there, we have tried to contact customer service twice now with no reply, very poor, we had planned to buy more but now we cannot trust this site. If you are reading this....please respond to emails....

Ordered a pair of Five Ten Freeride Pros for a lot less than rrp (£80). The correct item arrived 5 days later. Not a problem.

Ordered on Bank holiday Monday, delivered on Saturday. Packaging didn't look that sturdy but was delivered in pristine condition.
DHL delivery as well 👍👍
Would order from them again without hesitation

Really happy with my first experience of using Bergzeit - I ordered a pair of Zamberlan walking boots (that were significantly cheaper than elsewhere) and they were delivered to the UK in five days (arrived today). There were regular tracking updates on Bergzeit and through DHL too. Obviously it's just my experience but very happy with everything as a first time customer!

I ordered a dress in the Bergzeit sale. A few days later, the parcel arrived from DHL, but it was completely empty. I contacted Bergzeit by email ten days ago, and although I have had several automated emails acknowledging my message, I still haven't had a proper response from them or a refund, and the item I wanted is now out of stock. I completely understand that COVID is still affecting customer service, but this seems poor even by current standards.

Beware for now. 3-5 days delivery but maybe +2 due to the pandemic; we'll proactively update you. Seems fair enough. But on the 9th day there had been no dispatch, and no communication. Like others, they ask you not to contact as they don't have any information on deliveries. I cancelled my order as it seemed unlikely ever to leave, let alone arrive. They did respond quickly to the cancellation and refunded the money a week later. . Alpinetrek seems a good alternative with dispatch confirmed the day after ordering.

Something seems wrong at Bergzeit. I recently ordered and paid for a £350 tent and when it hadn't come within a reasonable amount of time chased it, only to receive the same response as another reviewer: 'please don't contact us about your orders.'! I insisted they did respond and was told that actually they didn't have the tent in stock and that I had already been refunded the money. A week later after a exchange which included denial and supplying numbers of non-existent transaction, I was finally refunded the money: by then I felt lucky to have got it. I got the impression Accounts were being slippery: the customer service woman seemed sincere. I will not be risking my money with them again. By the way, I bought the same tent online from World of Camping and got it within 2 days and no nonsense.

purtroppo ho commesso l'errore di non leggere le recensioni su questo sito prima di procedere con il mio acquisto. mi giunge una mail da patlrte della società incaricata della consegna (circa dopo 48 h dall'ordine) con la dicitura che non è stato possibile la consegna perché non c'era nessuno in sede (improbabile, al 99% improbabile!). da successive verifiche con il tracking, il pacco risulta fermo nell'hub principale di smistamento per l'Italia per imprecisati problemi e mi si dice di contattare il mittente. contatto TUTTI, ma è un muro di gomma! insomma, temo il bidone...
aggiornamento: zaino arrivato dopo 7 giorni, causa del ritardo della consegna cartone imballaggio danneggiato con foro, fortunatamente per me senza danni al "mio" ordine;
purtroppo la scarsa comunicazione mi ha fatto pensare al peggio, perciò modifico il mio giudizio da 1 a solo 3 stelle.

Ordered a Kickr Climb on Monday 13/07/2020 and was delivered on Wednesday, 21/07/2020 as new and well packed. (Item was shipped on Friday, 17/07/2020) Got a 7% discount on UK prices and very pleased with both customer service and delivery. Would definitely order from Bergzeit again.

I recently bought this inner tent and believed it to be a genuine outwell product. The picture they use in the advert is nothing like the item I have been supplied with and apart from the bag saying outwell there is nothing on the actual item to say it is outwell which is strange as every other thing we have from outwell has its logo on somewhere. Very angry as the item is not fit for purpose and doesn’t fit our tide annexe. Waiting for a response to my complaint.

I ordered a watch 1 month ago, received faulty, sent back to them, they insure me to send another one as exchange, called them after fews days to know where is my second watch but they still mess up with my order, been calling them SEVERAL time without getting any answer, then when they answer on the phone any different people on the customer service gave me the different answer. Im so upset with it! Very Bad!

Ordered a Turbo Trainer for delivery to the UK and it only took 4 days to arrive. I had issue in given them an incorrect email address, but customer services were great and kept me informed of my order and when it was dispatched from the German Warehouse. Would certainly recommend

Bought a Garmin watch from this company saving over £150 on UK prices. Watch arrived witin 7 days with full tracking information provided. Would definately use again.

Ordered the Garmin Instinct Tactical watch 19 May 2020. Communication was great from the company- delays due to COVID19 are totally understandable.

in any case it arrived today (28 May)- absolutely brand new, packaging totally undamaged and works perfectly.

Can't fault them for value as this was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than anywhere else.

Don't believe all the negative reviews!

Ordered a Kickr Climb on Sunday 19/04/20. Email confirming dispatch on 22/04. Delivered on 29/04 with a couple of DHL email updates in between. 10 days from Germany to a Scotland in a global pandemic - can’t complain! Product was significantly cheaper than UK retailers and in stock so ordering was a no-brainer. Wahoo’s customer service and repairs are second to none so no fears about not buying local and returning etc. I’d read differing views on Bergzeit but in my experience they were excellent. The product was original, brand new with no signs of ever having been a previous return. I’ll definitely order with them again.

Shipment or Meindl walking shoes was fine (ordered 8th May, received 15 May) but... absolutely plain to see that Shoes have been worn before, outside. Soles are dirty with ingrained dirt in some of the grooves (pictures available). The Gortex tag was not attached either. The uppers & inners all look unmarked.

I won't use again.
