Product Review: First-Time Purchase Experience with Bereli
This review is intended to provide constructive feedback on the service aspect of my recent order, to assist both future potential buyers and the company in improving its processes.
The Positive (What Convinced Me to Order)
Product: Case of 9mm Ammunition (1,000 rounds).
Pricing: Competitive pricing that, when combined with free shipping, made this purchase worthwhile despite the usual membership requirement and higher baseline pricing.
The Negative (Service & Fulfillment Issues)
Unfortunately, the post-purchase experience was overwhelmingly negative and must be detailed for transparency:
1. Integrity of Inventory and Shipping Notifications
Issue: After placing and paying for the order, I received an email shipping notification. This notification was inaccurate.
Fact: Five days after the supposed "shipment" date, the carrier had still not received the package.
Reason for Delay: Upon finally reaching customer service, I was informed that they received a shipment error from the manufacturer (the wrong bullet grain), rendering the paid-for item unavailable to ship.
Conclusion: While inventory errors or manufacturer mistakes are understandable, selling an item, collecting payment, and then sending a false shipping notification before confirming stock availability is unacceptable.
2. Extreme Failure in Customer Communication and Support
The Biggest Failure: The most severe negative of this transaction was the absolute refusal to proactively inform affected customers of the fulfillment error.
The Experience: Customers, like myself, were left hanging, forcing us to try and contact the company only to discover the problem on our own.
Inaccessibility: Reaching a representative was nearly impossible:
Email Attempts: Emails sent to customer support have gone unanswered.
Phone Attempts: Multiple calls on multiple days resulted in frustrating hold times followed by a pre-recorded message stating, "there is no one here to answer your call, please call back later," and an immediate hang-up.
Conclusion: This level of inaccessibility and the complete lack of commitment to inform customers caught in this mistake demonstrates a severe failing in customer support and basic business integrity.
Recommendations for Future Buyers
While the product and initial pricing were excellent, the fulfillment and support failures were severe. Proceed with caution. If you order from Bereli, be prepared for potential fulfillment delays and extremely limited customer support should an issue arise. The company will not contact you if a mistake occurs.
Recommendations for Bereli (To Rebuild Trust)
Proactive Communication (CRITICAL): If a fulfillment error (manufacturer or internal) occurs, immediately contact all affected customers via email or phone with an explanation, a corrected timeline, and an apology. Do not force the customer to chase down an answer.
Accurate Communication: Do not send a shipping notification until the order has been physically tendered to the shipping carrier.
Customer Support: The current phone and email support structure is broken. Invest immediately in a robust support system capable of handling customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Based on this first-time transaction, I cannot recommend Bereli until these fundamental service issues are demonstrably resolved.
