Bensons For Beds - Worcester722 Anmeldelser

Really good sales person who showed us all the options prior to purchase

From help in choosing to delivery of the bed, all individuals involved were friendly, polite and very proficient.

Just great service from start to finish.
All staff gave 100%

We'll see what the bed's like after a few weeks. However, the purchasing experience was brilliant. What a turnaround from an expected ordeal traipsing from shop to shop. Luckily we picked Bensons first in Worcester. Simon skillfully guided us and let us loose with a couple of pillows to try out all of them. He then helped us narrow down our choice and we left the shop 100% confident in our decision. One of us is incorrigibly indecisive, and if we hadn't gone into Bensons, we'd still be looking probably even past Christmas. Bensons is a bloke's dream come true, well this bloke's anyway.

Customer service was fantastic from start to finish.

A great company who aim to deliver.

1st class service would highly recommend them

We had good service from Bensons instore staff from choosing a new bed and matteress. Delivery was on the day and time promised, emailed few days before delivery we had a phone call 30 minutes before they arrived. Two polite young men, took their shoes off before entering the house. They assembled the bed which was agreed instore, they kindly carried our old matteress downstairs put it in the garage for us (in dispute with another company so needed to keep it) very professional and helpful. Would have to have preferred to have it delivered sooner.

The manager was very helpful with us

Very happy with the service from the staff when I went to look at an adjustable bed. All questions answered and I found it to be a very good experience in excellent customer service. Would recommend to others

The range of beds was very good and we received a very helpful, cheerful and efficient service.

Enjoyed selecting our mattress with the manager in the Blackpole Worcester, he made us laugh. We are having lovely comfortable knights.

From our visit to the showroom through to the delivery and assembly of our new bed, we cannot criticise the quality of customer service. We were also kept up to date with the manufacture and dispatch of the bed. Buying online is all well and good but you can't beat trying the bed and mattress out in the showroom and getting to know the delivery guys. A very efficient service all round. We could have bought the bed outright but with the 0% finance option why not go for it.

Very helpful staff, good selection of products.

Simon was very knowledgeable and informative and allowed us plenty of time to make our minds up without pressing us to make a decision. Very good at his job and made the whole experience pleasant and enjoyable.

Really knowledgeable and helpful staff who went out of the way to help but also gave us space to form our choices . Excellent experience.

Very helpful staff..understood what I wanted from a mattress

Told them what we were looking for, was shown the bed type that was required then left to look at the beds was told if we needed any information she was not far away, not pushing us not putting any pressure on us it was a all together a nice shopping experience

Cherie listened to what we wanted, and then gave us ample time to be shown around the showroom, trying various mattresses, until we found one suitable. She explained about the returns policy, should the mattress not be suitable once we had tried it out on our own bed. All the staff at the Worcester Blackpole branch in Worcester appeared to have a happy, relaxed and informative approach to the customers who were in the shop at the same time as us. There definitely was an uplifting but relaxed attitude, which was great when you're making such a big (and expensive!) purchase.

Great staff and good delivery
