I want to thank Evy and her colleague for a very positive experience at Witney. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, very thorough in explaining all the types of beds and mattresses. I was a bit apprehensive about choosing the right mattress, but she made it very easy. Looking forward to getting the bed now and having the best night sleep.

Evy was very friendly, considerate and knowlegable. Another young lady brought me a bottle of water as I was coughing and another lovely lady knew my name when I went to collect the bed pack and gave me some great advice on disabled parking in Witney in consideration of my 89 year old mother. I was kept informed at all times and was contacted the day before to confirm an window for delivery. The gentlemem who delivered the bed, took the old one and put together the new one, were so polite, friendly and quick. It was such a pleasure to deal with this company, which, sadly, cannot be said for very many in this day and age.

Riza at the Witney store was fantastic with us, and really helped us choose what worked best for us. We ended up actually buying mattresses for the kids as well as us! Until we were told Riza had only been working there for a couple of weeks, we had no idea. She was so competent and happy to help, it was refreshing. We have now received our order and are very happy with the results. Thank you!

We had a faulty mattrss and after the Bed technician had been out and we needed a replacement mattress, we very soon had the new mattress delivered. Both the delivery people were very kind and courteous. Arriving on time .
We cannot thank Hannah enough at the Witney shop for helping us through all this. She was so helpful and very kind.
