I gave 5 stars because the sales lady was so good she talked and explained all about the mattresses that we was I interested in. She wasn't pushy at all and let us take our time to decide on what one to buy her name was Andrea

Staff were great listened to us and gave options foe all parts of the bed.

Asha was so informative and friendly when we came to store to buy our mattress, we were shown lots of your ranges and given advice in a non pushy friendly way she was a delight and an asset to your company .

Great experience, i was quiet apprehensive finding the perfect bed but manager Ben knew all the product information which made choosing a bed easy. Shout out to Asha who walked me through the customer experience.

We went to your lakeside shop and we was most impressed with Christopher he is an absolute pleasure happy helpful knowledgeable young man . He couldn’t do enough for us what a wonderful guy.

Went to Bensons Beds first because it was where we parked the car and saw what we thought was a good deal. After going in to every other shop with beds on the retail parks, (about 12) we went back to BB because the deal was really good. Served by Christopher, the purchase process was quick and easy.
If I had to nit pick, I’d say the 4 week delivery time and the £39 delivery charge were a bit steep. But over all, the experience was good. .

She helped us chose the right mattress by using the sleep pro to measure pressure points . Then let us test a few mattresses out too.
Also helped us choose a base and headboard , showed us all the colours/materials and styles they come in . Wasn't rushed or pressured in buying anything . But was explained to us . Very friendly

Very professional service

My experience over at the Lakeside branch was exceptional! The staff there were all pleasant especially Lateef. Considering I came with my 2 young children he was very patient with me and even interacted with my children making the whole process as smooth as possible.

The member of staff that assisted us was very knowledgeable, she listened to what we needed and guided us through various options suitable to our needs allowing us to make a the right choice for us. There was no pressure to buy and we were allowed to try out and re-try as many different mattresses as we wanted. The terms of sale were explained clearly and any questions asked were answered in a way which was easy to understand. Overall our experience was excellent

The store was nice and quiet as I went early in the morning. Asha assisted me straight away and helped me to try different mattresses. She was very thorough and friendly and helped me to find things within my budget but that also worked for what I needed. Very happy with the service and I’m looking forward to my new mattress arriving!
