Mattress purchase
The expertise of the salesman (Chris) at the lakeside store was excellent in helping us chose the correct mattress for our requirements. The updates on the progress of the order were reassuring to know that the mattress was being made. The delivery team were polite and carried out their work efficiently. All in all I rate the experience as first class

Had a great experience at Benson for Beds in Lakeside Retail Park thanks to Christopher. He really listened to what we wanted and took the time to suggest some great ideas for both mattresses and bed frames without ever being pushy. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Would highly recommend Christopher to anyone searching for a new bed or mattress. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and apologise for the delays and inconvenience caused. Being left with flat‑packed furniture after such a long wait is understandably frustrating, and this is not the service we expect to provide.
We would like the opportunity to investigate what happened and see how we can help. We have requested your order details so that we can contact you directly.
