Super service at Bensons in Sutton
Buying a new bed was easy, stress-free and fast thanks to Anil at Bensons' store in Sutton, London. He was knowledgeable, experienced and super-friendly; he didn't pressure us but gave us solid advice. Getting face-to-face help in store when making an important purchase made all the difference. My son couldn't be happier with his new Hip Hop Wooden bedframe - definitely the right choice for someone who is tall and needs room at the end of his bed for his feet!

Bed frame
We bought a mattress from Bensons about two years ago and we were very pleased with the service we got and the service from the delivery staff as well . On Saturday we decided to buy a new bed frame when we went into the store and the same gentleman Anil was there we were please as he remembered us. He talked us through all the different bed frames and headboards. It was just like talking to an old friend. We found him polite, friendly and very helpful.

Delivery to Cheam Road
Gary, Alan & Mark arrived on time and were professional, friendly and polite. They were very tidy taking all the rubbish and constructed the two beds ready for use. They did a good job.

We bought a single mattress. The store manager John was very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. He listened to our preferences and helped us very eagerly.
The delivery was on time and within the window promised. The delivery personnel was very friendly and cooperative. He took care of the surroundings while moving the mattress through the house. Installed and explained the features.

We honestly didn’t even plan to buy from Bensons for Beds when we walked in, but Anil completely changed our minds with his excellent customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to help us find the right bed without making us feel pressured at all.
He made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable, and his professionalism really stood out compared to other stores we visited. It’s rare to come across service like that nowadays.

John the sales assistant was so helpful…
John the sales assistant was so helpful in assisting me to choose the right mattress for me. He was so knowledgeable and he gave me the confidence to choose the right mattress. Although I had purchased a different mattress the day before there was no problem in cancelling that order and John helped me to choose another mattress which would help in supporting my shoulders and back.
