We went to Bensons with an idea of what kind of bed we were looking for. We were attended to by a young female sales consultant named Amanda, she was polite friendly and very knowledgeable of the products and help us find the ideal bed to suit both myself & my husband also due to the forthcoming Black Friday sales got us a brilliant price.
Unfortunately the same can not be said for delivery team arranged by the manufacturer.

We had a great experience with bensons for beds at the festival park store. Shopping on the day with a 1 and 4 year old who were definately over excited is never normally a great experience however the team at festival park were fantastic. They gave the right balance of support, sales pitch and advice without pushing for a sale. Leigh went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information we needed, guided us through headboard height etc and was so understanding with the children. We bought the bed, delivery was quick and convenient and we paid the extra for assembly. The assembly team were very efficient, respectful and did a great job. Thank you Bensons for Beds for such a great experience.

Very helpful staff and a great selection of both beds and frames etc. Discussed our requirements with Faye our sales assistant and she was extremely helpful with deciding which mattress to purchase to go along with a bedframe we really liked. We went for the HipHop in ash colour and its really good, well finished and appears sturdy. Thank you to Faye for all your help and to other staff for after sales help.

Upon arrival at the store, we looked around at some single beds before a store assistant (Faye) approached us. I liked this as I feel that some places you visit, you are pounced on and others don't even acknowledge your presence. This was a happy medium! Faye went through the options for us, she discussed frames and mattresses and listened to our requirements with a smile.

Excellent service provided by Amanda who was very helpful, also from MT removals driver very helpful delivered mattress and installed on bed.great service all round thanks.

I cannot praise Bensons for beds enough for the help they gave me and my husband in getting the right bed. We are both senior citizens and have arthritis problems , so choosing a bed suitable can be difficult. I especially want to thank Michael at the festival park shopping area at Stoke on Trent for his patience and kindness .all in all a very satisfying outcome

Told the salesman what I wanted. He had the perfect bed in the clearance section and did us a good deal on a mattress. Great experience

Not happy with service. Headboard fitters phoned when already outside, not in advance. Let himself into our garden, despite there being warning signs about dogs. I then had to put dogs away, which was made a lot more difficult because they were now trying to get the intruder (doing their job) could have been made easier if they just called in advance or even not let themselves into the garden without permission. Fitter not happy with headboard - said it was the 1st time he’d seen it and worked for bensons over 10 years. Very grumpy. Said he’d spent too long here on this job because hole were not pre drilled. Seemed like my fault as the customer. Very grumpy man - I made my husband deal with him at the end so I didn’t have to talk to him again. He was with a much younger lad, who was trying to quicken him along. It wasn’t a pairing I would have made personally - bit of a clash that made it awkward for me as the customer. Large amount of cellophane left behind. Terrible service, that could have easily ended up in a serious tragedy. Staff training required. Frustrating as the product itself, is excellent.

Very good approach and very knowledgeable

I’m not a big believer in writing reviews, front of house and customer service should be a given within this day of shopping experience. Large companies spend lot of time, money and effort into training staff, customer satisfaction should always be there. However, on this occasion, I must give outstanding praise where due. We popped in purely by chance at 16:28 on a Sunday afternoon. Shop staff must have thought “we have a pair here”. Nothing was too much for the staff, we felt appreciated and a purchase was made. Special thanks to all the staff (everyone in the Bedson Bed team played their part). Tom, our service advisor, deserves a special mention, went above and beyond. Thank you again to all and would definitely recommend the Hanley, Festival Site branch.
