Perfect customer service!
Sophie was very down to earth and answered all our questions. If she didn't know the answer to my question, she went and found out. There was no hard sell or pressure to buy. Polite, informed and patient. Thank you! :)

Vulgar language
I have been debating writing this review. I have decided that its important for people to know what goes on in stores. I visted the store with my young child last teusday (09/09). I was looking for a bed for her and was greeted by a lovely lady who was helpful. However a gentleman that works there was using text to speech over the speakers and using vulgar language infront on my child? He was running off and giggling to himself whist still saying things through the speaker. The poor lady seemed very embarresed by the behaviour. I feel like this shouldnt be how customers are treated. Very dissaponted

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention Amy. We're very sorry your visit was unpleasant and that inappropriate language was used in front of your child. We'll address this internally to ensure a better environment for everyone.
Best wishes,
