All round very good Customer service from Bensons.
Easy to order in store, great on line comms regarding the progress mattress made through manufacture, and delivery, which arrived as expected. Delivery men polite and efficient. All in all a very good experience.

I’ve rated 2 stars at this stage…
I’ve rated 2 stars at this stage because it’s still early days, but I do have a concern. I purchased the 90CM MATT ARTISAN PURE SPLEND CR Extra Firm White mattress expecting strong support, yet after the first night on 27th April it already felt like it was sinking in the middle. Today is 30th April and the issue is still noticeable. I’m hoping it improves with time, but right now I’m unsure about the mattress quality

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear the mattress feels like it's sinking in the middle after only a few days. We'll look into this to ensure our products meet expectations for firmness and quality. If this doesn't improve, please do reach out to us so we can review this further. You are also within your 40 nights comfort guarantee to exchange the mattress.

Bensons not just quality beds but also excellent service…
Bensons provides excellent quality beds and that is the reason why I have bought a second bed there with similar characteristics. I also bought a sofa bed that seemed of original design and at a very good price. Staff were very helpful and delivery was very good. Thank you.
