Speke’s Bensons for Beds are the Best!
We liked the layout and location of the store, the ease of parking and most importantly the high quality calibre of the staff and the beds/mattresses in stock. Phil was really impressive with his knowledge and experience and was very responsive to our needs. Dan was equally professional and helped us sort out the best finance options for our purchase!

The salesman Phil was really kind and patient with us as we layed down on every single mattress in store to find the perfect one. He answered all of our questions and didn’t make us feel pressured to buy a certain mattress which we experienced in other stores. We’re really happy with what we got so thank you Phil :)

Exceptional service from Kelly
I cannot sing high enough praise for Kelly who looked after us in the store. Not only is she clearly extremely knowledgeable about your products and mattresses in general, she has the most personable and human character that I have seen for a long time. Kelly is an absolute credit to your company and should be recognised for what she brings to the experience. We have never met her before and she is the person who ensured that we purchased from you and not one of your competitors. Please pass on our thanks and recognise her within your company. Many thanks

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. Dan at the Speke store was knowledgeable and helpful. Bed purchased and delivery date set. Due to family plans I had to change the delivery date…..twice….no problem and simple to do online.
Delivery and assembly by Karl and Jordan was also excellent. Took care, respectful of both my wishes and our home and were very pleasant to deal with. Prompt and efficient and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bensons, and the assembly service.
