Great service…
From purchase to delivery very good service. Didn't try to sell us more than we wanted but provided options. Delivery staff were very quick and polite and removed footwear before taking delivery upstairs.

I recently had a bed delivered from Bensons for Beds, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything went incredibly smoothly. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way right up to delivery.
The quality of the bed is excellent, and I’m so pleased with it that I’m already considering purchasing two more for my sons.

Great all-round experience
Choosing the bed in the shop went well. The staff were very friendly, with the right amount of helpfulness, not too pushy.
The delivery went well and we constructed the bed ourselves. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The bed is of very good quality and we'd happily buy a bed from Bensons again.

Lovely experience at Benson's bed
Jon came up to me after about 10 minutes of being in Benson's and after a very bad experience of a on line bed that had to go back he asked if he could help I told him what I was looking for Jon showed me around at different types of beds told me prices Jon was very patient and knowledgeable with me and after leaving the shop with different ideas I went back the next Day and ordered the bed that we knew I would just had to think about it Thank you Jon
The delivery was on time and the men Luke and Paul were so nice polite and happy they asked where the bed was going they even took shoes off and placed the bed in the room with no damage to stairs or walls again I want to thank Luke and paul from start to delivery it was a great experience thank you😃
