Very happy with the whole experience
Very happy with the whole experience. Served by a very pleasant and knowledgeable employee. I was sorted with a new bed and mattress within half an hour.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! after only a few days I had a dip in my bed and they tried there hardest to ignore all my complaints until I emailed the director himself! His assistant got the manufacturer to send out a guy to look at the dip. He used a piece of string across the bed to measure the dip and didn’t even look at the actually fault or why it’s happening!!! Terrible company and don’t care after you’ve been scammed out of your money!! Even when I bought the bed at sales room, the worker pressured use into the sale!! I even tried to say we wanted thinking time but her mood changed and started to force us to sign the papers!!! DISGUSTING!!
They haven’t provided a response so don’t believe them when they say that!! The don’t care when you complain

Good Service and Helpful Salesperson
The sales person was very helpful in showing me and my wife a range of 3 mattresses that were in our price range and desired firmness, and we chose one which was then purchased and a delivery date arranged. He was friendly and helpful, making allowance for our age related difficulties.

Had the best experience with Mathew in the Shrewsbury store honest and not pushy, both my self and my husband found him honest and helpful with out trying to upsell
I would like to mention the really poor customer service on the phone!
The woman who I spoke to tried to blame the 10cm dips in my bed on a split coffee which was mostly in an area which was unaffected, to be honest it put me off using them until we went into store.

An easy transaction.
We were given the opportunity to test any number of mattresses we liked. The sales person was helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured or cajoled in any way and the whole process was smooth and straightforward.

Trundle bed disaster
The trundle bed I ordered was delivered on time, pleasant delivery personnel, but the 2 mattresses did not fit correctly (too deep). The Bensons shop arranged for the mattresses to be replaced. New mattresses arrived 3 weeks later but once again they were the wrong size and I am still awaiting delivery of replacements after ordering and paying for the trundle bed on 3 June. To add insult to injury Bensons said they were doing me a favour by not making delivery charges for the 1st replacement mattresses. Next delivery is scheduled for 18 August. I not a happy customer.
