There was no pressure at the Shrewsbury store, making a choice was a very pleasant experience. Any questions were helpfully and simply answered with a minimum of fuss.

From the moment visiting shop , browsing , and helpful advice from sales rep Matthew ( which turns out he’s another Divine comedy fan of Father ted also ) who fine tuned our requirements and advised us on upgrading bed mattress for same price to another one reduced in sale as the one we had picked , the process of updating delivery date and time too the delivery straight to house and into bedroom location , taking out all the hard work :-) . We can’t Thankyou enough for the experience .

We went to Bensons Beds Shrewsbury. Sales consultant Matthew was so helpful. He gave us all the information we needed. We were able to make the correct choice of mattress for our needs. The price was perfect and the delivery date was very quick. All round excellent service.

Not impressed
Sales team great, the assembly team has made the experience a nightmare. Considering we have paid over 2k for a bed frame and mattress just to have it delivered and assembled with no care or attention. The whole bed was scuffed and full of mud marks. Our house was not treated with care whatsoever. Not impressed in the slightest.

Bought a kingsize and a small double…
Bought a kingsize and a small double ottoman style bed . Both lovely quality and very comfortable. Delivery was excellent and the fitters were very courteous and tidy.
The only downside is the delivery costs. I was hoping to buy more furniture from Bensons but the delivery costs more than the buy one get one half price deal. The price goes up the more you buy . It put me off buying in the end

Excellent service
Visited Bensons for Beds Shrewsbury to by a mattress. I was assisted by representative Sandra who asked me questions about my sleep position, where I felt pressure on my body during sleep and what type of mattress was I looking for. I was asked to test this out on the programmed bed. I was then introduced to the mattresses that would suit. A very friendly, efficient abd professional service. I did not feel rushed or pressurised.
