Excellent service.
The excellent knowledge of the gentleman that served us. ( he did tell us his name but I’ve forgotten) The machine bed he put us on to show our pressure points on different mattresses and then took us to each one that was suitable for us. I thought it would have took forever but it didn’t. Well pleased.

Pleasant shopping trip
We were not harassed constantly but was made aware that staff was there to assist if needed . When the member of staff did assist us. He was friendly, pleasant and gave us good advice but not pushy .

Very pleasant
Very pleasant, helpful but in no way pushy sales lady. We were looking for a sofa bed. We purchased one that could be 2 singles or a double, so we have more choice of uses. Delivery half way across the country was no problem plus it will be with us on the day of our choice.

So happy with our purchase
So happy with our purchase! It arrived today and it's stunning and didn't cost a fortune. The store manager sold us the sofa bed and he was great, no complaints. The sofa bed arrived on time and was put together in about 10 minutes. I'd definitely buy from Bensons again.

Friendly staff who knew what they were talking about. Salesperson Jane explained all about the different types of mattresses /headboards and bases, which covered materials used and how construction affects how the mattress could be used in situ .
Everything was explained well and no pressure was put on us to make a purchase.
The experience in branch can’t be matched online.

Brilliant service. What an excellent company to deal with
What an excellent company to deal with, probably the best I’ve experienced. Communication has been great regarding delivery times and slots, several timely texts received from them advising delivery date and then time slot. Delivery was made spot on the time they said. Delivery drivers Wayne & Jordan very professional & friendly. We would definitely recommend this company.

Experience in types of Bed
The lady we spoke with made us feel welcome very polite and very good explaining different types of mattress. Gave us a good deal and made us feel that we had bought the bed we required

A great experience
A lovely warm welcome when we entered the store.
My mum was a little apprehensive about trying the beds but Christopher put her at ease with his friendly approach. His knowledge was great and not overwhelming and my mum came away happy with her purchase.
