Staff in the store were very friendly
Staff in the store were very friendly, helpful and patient especially as I changed my mind over the mattress and headboard after my initial order. I was kept informed about delivery and the two lads who delivered it were absolutely charming and set everything up efficiently. Delighted with the bed and have slept well. It is a bit on the tall side but I'm sure I'll get used to that.
Would certainly recommend this company.

Good range of beds to choose from but above all the excellent care and knowledge of the salesperson, Richard who was wonderful. The delivery people were also brilliant even putting over shoes on before coming into our flat which is up two flights of stairs. The bed is well made and very comfortable. Terrible service
Ordered a tempur mattress and was assured it would be delivered to my attic bedroom. Delivery arrived and was told it was too cold to go up the stairs as mattress not flexible enough so it was left on middle floor landing.
Had to get family member to help my husband move it as I couldn't help due to being disabled.
Very poor communication between store and delivery team and poor customer service
