Bensons For Beds - Scunthorpe506 Anmeldelser

The salesman Matt was friendly and knowledgeable. We were guided around the store and tried a few beds with Matt offering information on each bed we laid on. Ordering was quick and hopefully the mattress will be delivered within two weeks.

Great experience staff exceptional great choice of beds and no rush tried many but found the perfect one for us. And also great offers great price.

The presence of the Manager who was friendly, approachable and attentive. He also outlined ways of making savings plus financial advice

Great service, friendly, helpful staff. Everything explained properly.

I have ordered a Bergen 2 door sliding ward robe around Easter time are so. On promise of what I saw in show room would be what I was getting. List of problems

#1 it is not a true representation of what I am sold - no shelves what so ever. All I have is one top shelf and a hanging rail in both halves.
#2 I was told the doors are interchangeable ( 1 took I mirror and 1 normal). Fitters said that is not possible and it goes only one way
Was not planning to look at myself every morning waking up
#3 lead time was reasonable as I booked but when it became available to delivery team well beyond and the arranging a delivery is not the easiest at least whoever they contracted to in South Humberside
#4 Tried calling customer service but I wasn’t in luck to get to a person to speak to yet.

Leaves me now very unhappy with what I have and this needs to get changed and start of the cycle all over again 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻

The staff were excellent and met my needs fully

Lloyd and David gave us their full attention, we came away with a very nice bed at a good price, very pleased with the service and product.

The Main thing was the Staff.
It was Dave that came to us that is My Daughter and I explained to us the Technical details of all the Mattress.Left us /Me to make My choice, then He concluded with the financial agreement. I would have liked to have had My old Mattress taken away without a charge! as offered at other shops.

Warped wardrobes and won’t replace what a waste of money.
Customer services wash their hands of any issues avoid at all cost. I will never use them again. Terrible quality products and terrible customer service.... not in the shop but any after care is the worst

We got fantastic customer service , Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products
Also the Manager was very helpful
Very friendly store well done Scunthorpe

Want to thank Lloyd at bensons in Scunthorpe excellent service 5star service

No pressure from salesman tried it few befs and mattresses and seem to have got a good one I sleep well which is a relief. Delivery was simple I was told when to expect it and 2 very nice men brought and assembled it for which I had paid they wore coverings over their shoes which I appreciated as carpet is only a month old they showed me how to open the ottoman my weekly workout when I change my sheets I could not fault you a bit pricey but you get what you pay for

The store Manager Lloyd was so helpful in advising and guiding us to be able to purchase exactly what suited our requirements. I would have no hesitation recommending Benson For Beds (Scunthorpe) whether you know what you want or are looking for some helpful, professional and courteous guidance. Although I was met at the door, at no time did I feel pressurised into buying something I did not want.

The salesman was very helpful and offered us several choices that fit within our budget. Very good
