On arrival at the Rugby store we we’re greeted by the female assistant. She asked us if we were looking for something specific and when we replied she took us directly to the area of beds to view and try. She left us to try at our leisure and returned in between seeing other customers. Explained the mattress makes and the discounts on offer on the bank holiday weekend. We tried different pillows with our bed choice which made such a difference to our experience when trying them. Would highly recommend others try this too, order process was simple and we’re now just waiting our delivery. Fabulous experience and seamless.

Show room well laid out with a good range of beds. We were not rushed and the saleslady was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good service and options to take away the old bed as well as install new.

I had bought Igel divan bed in 26 Dec 2020. As it was installed had complete bed base was discounted by 25%. Two weeks when we changing we notice that base had gone abnormal, so I reported to the customer services and was told they replace it. As they stop making Igel bases I was ask to go the store and choose another base as a replacement. We went to our nearest branch (Leicester, Which was not there at the time we placed order). Leicester branch said that we have to go branch bought from originally and we were only given allowance of £195.02 to get base (which was originally £300.00). I call the customer services and explained why you only givingbus the just £195.02 when original price was £300.00. I explained we should not be penalised for product which went wrong and why was not told we needed to go to said store we bought from. As good will gesture was given £50.00 voucher.

Yesterday we went to Branch where we bought it and looked at some Slumblerland(had a good collection of colours) and Sealy(only had 2 colours to choose from). Manager said she does not have any room to do discount. We had to settle for Sealy as I did not want extra as there was difference of £200.00.

I was not happy with allowance given as original price was £300.00 and also having to go to the branch I had bought it original. Even Manager at Rugby branch said why Leicester Branch did not deal with it. Also Bensons bed should not take off any discount as same promotion is still on when but base with bed it is discounted by 25%.

Pathetic Service with no trust on the bed delivery or assurance that it will get delivered on the mentioned date in the Invoice. We ordered ours from Rugby Store and were promised to have it delivered by X date, but then got message first 7 days before for another date and then another message for further delay. When contacted the Customer Care we were told that the bed was not in stock and was ordered to a supplier who then further source it from somewhere and the delay was due to shipment arrival but no assurance that it will be delivered on the next promised date as well.

Good allround experience. Very happy.

I went to the local branch & the lady was rude and the policy of replacing within a month of not satisfied is a lie. They charge you an additional 20% to swap. The staff are rude and ill informed. Use dreams. Far better. I will never buy from bensons again

The lady (Kristine) we dealt with at the Rugby store was very helpful without being pushy. We tried some mattresses in store and looked at bed frames. Went home to do some research. Instead of buying online, we called the shop and placed our order. They had an extra 5% off instore too. Great value. Lots of updates received (probably too many).

Found what we wanted and had some money knocked off.
Felt customer service could improve we did everything ourselves we had to go back upstairs to make sure on the mattress we wanted (no one came up with us) I entered all my own details on to tablet.

Michelle was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted.

The lady who helped us in the shop was fantastic. The mattress was for our 6 year old son and she treated him like the customer and it was a really nice touch.

I can't find my previous 1-star review because either it's been removed or it's lost within the 100's of other 1-star reviews from other dissatisfied customers!

I am still waiting for a £340 refund after nearly two
months because the staff in the shop at Rugby insist that because of a recent system change they can no longer process refunds back to payment cards and that all refunds must be processed through Customer Services at Head Office.

The problem I have is there is NO Customer Service. So if you you're reading this and happen to be a member of the non-existent Customer Service Team, please refund my £340 from the cancelled order no. A5609111.

It's a sad beg I know but it worked for getting a refund on the the cancelled Eve order, but what really sad is that you can only contact the Customer Service Team who are otherwise totally unobtainable by leaving a rubbish review on Trust Pilot!!!

If you're reading this a a potential customer; Don't do it, no matter how enticing the deal looks, go elsewhere!
