I needed help, the young lady, talked me through my options, explaining the differences between the mattresses. Very happy with service and the 2 mattresses I ordered.

Staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Gave good advice but left my wife and myself the time we needed.

Went to Redditch Store to buy a double mattress. The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
Mattress ordered and told 5 weeks for delivery. Delivery costs £30 and you have to pay it as you can't collect.

Five weeks went by, Bensons sent a text saying delivery between 7am and 1pm and good as gold it arrived just after 7am, so be prepared to get up early.You have no choice about delivery times.

Mattress delivered and minutes after they had left, we took off the wrapping and realised it was the wrong mattress even though the outer packaging indicated it was the correct mattress. I immediatly phoned the driver, told them what happened and asked them to return to take it away.
They said they couldnt because they needed a returns docket, even though they would have been around the corner.

Then comes customer service, eventually the phone was answered , I explained story and ask them to contact the driver to collect it. They said they couldn't and explained I had to wait another four weeks for a new mattress to be delivered and that they wouldn't come and collect the incorrect one until then and we had no choice but to keep it until then. As you could imaigine i was too happy, and said I wished to complain and speak to a supervisor and the caller handler even after speaking with supervisor, said I couldnt and they would ring me back tomorrow.
The following day, I had a phone call from Bensons, I again expalined the circumstances and they promised they would phone me on the following Monday, they didn't and havent heard off them since. Nothing for another four weeks until the correct mattress arrived.

So in total, I waited 9 weeks for the mattress and found customer unhelpful and unrealiable.

I was told by the driver that it wasn't the first time a mattress had been mislabled. So beware when it's delivered and before the driver leaves, unwrap the product and if its wrong don't expect any prompt assistance from customer service.

I did notice that the prices seem to change regularly, the mattress I purchased varied by £200 over about 8 weeks, so keep an eye on the prices.

Delivery drivers were helpful and will take it to the room you want it in.

Thank you to the team at Bensons for Beds in Redditch for the excellent service and helpful advice they provided I can honestly say it was a delightful shopping experience and would highly recommend them. Prices were very competitive and the quality of the products was very good but above all the friendly staff were fantastic

Had a lovely time with Andy who showed us all the different options for our bed. He gave us plenty of info on mattresses, bases, fabrics and care plans. Excellent work. Looking forward to getting our new bed!

Staff were quite pressurising, giving us false information e.g saying the Simba mattress that we were purchasing elsewhere was “crap” the people I was with have a simba matress and many others I know have one too so i know they are very good. The fact that they were saying this so they could make a sale was manipulating. I lost trust in them so did not purchase the other items from them that I needed.

Great customer services, we were greeted on arrival but then left to look around on our own until we asked for assistance which was very helpful.
Nothing worse than salespeople following you around and constantly harassing you.
