Very good service from beginning to end with professionalism and friendliness throughout and the most important thing was that we never once felt as if we were being bothered by the staff or pushed into something that we did not want.
The Salesman Gavin was absolutely great and we would definitely go back to see him again when we need another mattress.

Me and my wife went to many bed shops but we returned to the Plymouth one at coy pool plympton. We met a chap called Tom who was helpful and not pushy and let us get on with it.

Luxurious bedstead and headboard,actually better than it looked showroom. So pleased with it.

Easy process and great quality
The choosing of my bed was easy as we had a member of staff explaining the pricing and comfort of the beds and mattresses. We went away but came back to Bensons as they had the best value for money.

After being recommended to Bensons I couldn't have been more impressed. In store Brad was helpful,knowledgeable & polite. He helped to get me the best deal for my money. Delivery service was second to none. Bed delivered in 4 days by Paul & Glen who kept me updated on delivery time & kept to it.Bed taken to bedroom, contents of each box, plus mattress positioning, explained to me. Overall experience 5 star.

Faultless service and great bed
From the staff in store through the to delivery drivers ,faultless service. Was contacted few days before delivery with 2hour time slot. On the day contacted couple of hours before delivery reducing time slot to 1 hour. Bed was delivered directly to up stairs bedroom by two very nice delivery people.
Bed that we had required assembly which was quite straightforward.
Extremely pleased with quality and appearance of Bed and would definitely use this company again
