Lovely sales lady. Very helpful and guided us to exactly what we wanted.

Staff in store were professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the different beds/mattresses. However, the delivery of the bed was not good, as two pictures were knocked off the wall, when carrying the mattress upstairs and broke one of them. One guy apologised, but the other didn’t.

Laura the advisor was excellent. She made me feel at ease and helped me decide on a bed and mattress with no pressure. She did the entry on her tablet quickly and efficiently. Over all a great experience.

Having purchased my bed and mattress I realised that the bed would be too long so went back a couple of days later to change it.
This appeared no trouble to the staff who were very helpful and cheerful, sorted it it out on the computer and reissuing the paperwork.
Two days later I noticed that the mattress I ordered had gone down in price and there were also a set of pillows to go with it.
As I had only just purchased, I went back again too see if anything could be done - had it been a couple of weeks later I would not have done so.
Again I was met with the same helpful staff who went through the whole process again to issue me with a refund, my free pillows and another set of paperwork.
One lady even said, ''we want our customers to be happy'', and I certainly was.
It's the staff that makes the store, so a thank you and 5 stars for the staff.

The lady was very helpful and answered all our questions. Only gripe the brochure that was given to us said delivery 4 to 6 weeks turns out they were old brochures and it is 11 weeks delivery. I think need new brochures or a little tippex needed to erase the delivery time to stop dis’s appointment but other than that excellent service

What excellent service the Norwich store gave me served by Judy ,came in looking for double ottoman storage bed and mattress.with her expert guidance on several different mattresses soon able to decide on what was most suitable,she’s a credit to your staff .would recommend the store to all my friends and colleagues,many thanks

I entered this store having just come from a competitor’s shop nearby. I was immediately impressed with the professional feel and cosy layout of the floor area.

I had found shopping for a bed and mattress was quite daunting as I had very limited ideas of what I was looking for, but I was extremely impressed by the way I was dealt with by Tina and her team.

Tina was warm and friendly, and her knowledge of the products was excellent. I described my requirements and preferences to Tina and by using her knowledge and experience I was able to filter the choices and narrow it down to just a couple of products that I knew would fit the bill.

Having selected my final choices the ordering system was very straight forward and Tina ensured it was easy to understand the process which included an application for 0 percent finance.

My only disappointment was that the 4 week delivery wait was extended twice, by a few days, then by a further 2 weeks, however, when I rang the store to discuss they were very helpful and were able to get the delay shortened by four days.

Buying a new bed and mattress is always a concern to make sure you get the right items when you’re spending so much money, however you can have confidence that the expert advice you will receive will help you to select products that you will be extremely happy with, as am I with my purchase.

Tina, who helps us with the process, was just brilliant. Efficient, helpful. There were a few things, which you, as a company could do better.
1. 10 year guarantee - it has transpired it is only available if you buy an additional protection sort of plan. This a) wasn’t clear from the start and b) I would even call misleading. As buying the mattress doesn’t mean you have a 10-year guarantee.
2. 40 day exchange plan. It became clear it is not free. Not only you have to buys this protection plan, but only you pay extra if you want to change the mattress.

There is nothing wrong with 1 and 2 above. All I am saying it didn’t feel as the company was trying to be transparent.

Really love our new bed which is very comfy and great quality, ottoman storage so handy for xmas presents! The Salesperson (Judy at norwich) was very helpful and patient, and the delivery drivers (didn't get their names but local area to norwich store) were very helpful and friendly too

I contacted our local Benson for Beds branch (Norwich) and was able to use a local direct telephone number where a member of staff answered within a reasonable timescale . I was able to speak with a customer advisor (Debbie) regarding a particular bed frame and she was most helpful, answered all my queries quickly and efficiently in a friendly manner . 10/10 for friendly service and overall customer experience .

Debbie was fantastic. I knew what it was I needed, but she made the process so simple. Can’t fault them.

So as of the 26/11/2024, my wife and me decided enough was enough. 3 failed deliveries, terrible customer service and communication from Bensons and having failed to deliver on the 21st November we were put to the back of the queue and told it would now be out for delivery on the 19th December. When i queried why we were put to the back of the queue i was told this was compay policy. My wife also booked a day off for the delivery. Bensons took my £390 on the 14th September 2024, the only thing they were quick to do. Aimee from the escalations team did nothing and nor did her manager. They said they emailed their delivery people Friday and by the time I cancelled yesterday i still hadn't heard anything back. 3 days. More lies. I also asked to speak to someone higher up and was told that no-one would talk to me on this. Towards the end this was a very stressful situation for me and my wife especially as this bed was for my son who has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for the last 6 weeks. I have just seen Bensons have just responded to my 2 previous reviews and asked me to contact them privately. When we were trying to get our bed they weren't really interested, now I guess they want to shut me up. If your order goes OK great but if you have to chase it up, good luck. Cowboys and liars.
