Rida is the guy to ask for on arrival…
Rida is the guy to ask for on arrival whether you're just browsing or choose to proceed with purchase at the Milton Keynes site. We needed to go in on 3 separate occasions and he always showed patience and never any pressure at all. Helped us with all of our queries with his extensive knowledge and clearly set out our options in terms of payments/delivery etc and what would best suit us. He is approachable and went above and beyond. All round experience was excellent and would definitely return if we need anything else. Purchased 2 beds, 2 headboards and 1 mattress from this branch.

The salesperson was friendly and…
The salesperson was friendly and informative. Delivery time seems rather long, and we’re not sure we believe the technology for determining the “best” mattress for our bodies. Time will tell. Also, I’ve never been keen on putting my head and face on something that many others have. It would be nice to know that some form of sanitization was done after each trial. That would be a huge selling point in my opinion.

We made a tweak to our order and it was simple to do, with efficient and a no hassle experience. Constant updates from placing our order, weeks, days and on the day when our bed was delivered. Bensons for beds you gave us a first class experience - thank you! Now for some enjoyable nights sleep again!

Nice experience buying a mattress
Nice experience buying a mattress. Ben was a very good sales person, explained and demonstrated all the mattresses benefits in our price range.
Decided on a Latex Nestledown model. Don’t like memory foam.
Delivery was very good, delivery team put the mattress into our bedroom, took our old one away and unpacked our new one and took all the packing away.
Recommend.
