Very helpful and knowledgeable and we didn't have to wait to long for delivery. My only issue would be the amount of text messages and emails you receive is rediculas far to many.

Quality service
I bought a bed today from Bensons for beds in Llandudno North wales from a lovely Man named Jamie, he was an absolute gem, very kind, helpful and patient with my decisions, a special digital bed that shows different supports for back and pressure points best suited soft, medium firm and extra firm, on his advise and choice helped me to decide on the best for my chronic back conditions, give this man a raise! If anyone is looking into purchasing a new bed, just ask for Jamie, I am delighted in the service this young man provided. Well done and thankyou!

Great idea of the test mattress
Great idea of the test mattress. It lets you know what kind of mattress suits the customer. Either hard mrdium or soft.
Excellent sales man at Llandudno branch. Very calm and imformative.

Stephanie helped us through the process and was very knowledgeable and friendly. She has the skill not to overwhelm me with lots of choices as it can be very confusing looking at a sea of mattresses. Good sales person.

The entire experience was great
The entire experience was great. It was my first time buying myself a mattress and Craig was extremely helpful with explaining things to me. He didn't try and upsell anything to me and took my preferences into consideration. All in all brilliant service
