First time buyers
The assistant, Jack, was phenomenal the entire time. He immediately approached my wife and I. Straight away, he was super friendly and funny and asked about our needs, also asked our names and pronouns, which we really appreciated as a queer couple. Because he was showing us around, he suggested we leave our bags somewhere safe in store, which we did. He also showed concern for my wife who has a mobility aid as she was getting on and off beds the entire time, and showed us the way to the lift at the back so my wife wouldn't have to use the stairs. She was in a lot of pain that day and his consideration for her disability was touching. We bought a mattress that night. We are first time buyers, and are moving into our first house soon, so Jack made this entire process easy.

The lady that helped us was great
The lady that helped us was great, full of information about products, she took a bit of time to show us beds/ mattresses
The bed we really wanted was unavailable for delivery until mid January, which was disappointing considering it was part of the new range ( we had to go elsewhere for bed frame )

Thank you for your feedback Lynne! We’re so pleased to hear our colleague gave you plenty of helpful information and took the time to guide you through the options.
We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to find your preferred bed frame unavailable for delivery until mid-January, especially as part of the new range. Your comments are really valuable, and we’ll share them with our team to see how we can improve availability in the future.
If you need any further help with mattresses or accessories, we’re always here to assist,
Megan at Customer Care

Knowledgable Staff member Nadya
The member of staff Nadya helped me reduce my choice to two and that was so helpful because I had been in countless times before trying out too many beds and got myself confused and unable to make a decision.
