Shop had a good range of mattresses all clearly marked with information. Sale was on with a good reduction. Sales staff were helpful and polite.

I am very satisfied with the purchased product. I wanted an orthopaedic bed suitable for my health problems. Thanks to the high professionalism of the team, the selection process, along with its delivery it was easy and smooth. Now I can finally enjoy my restful nights in a very good quality mattress. Bed delivery and assembly.
Good contact prior to delivery. Delivery personnel were respectful of our property, polite and professional. Use of the bed (TV) was well explained and demonstrated. Highly recommended.

I had a good idea of what I wanted when I went into the shop. I spoke to Jamie at the Lincoln branch and he was very helpful and showed me what was available and made my purchase nice and straight forward. So nice to have a freindly and helpful service. I can highly recommend.

Fantastic, pressure-free experience.
The store is clean and staff only interacted with us to see if we needed any help. Unlike some other stores we had been to, there was no feeling of pressure. Andrew helped us out and we did a pressure test to see what type of mattress we liked. Then he showed us mattresses that fit that profile. The mattresses ranged in price, which was nice. No assumptions were made and there was no pressure to buy the most expensive of the lot. Andrew arranged to have our new mattress delivered on a day that suited us and set the old mattress to be collected and recycled. Overall, it was a fantatic, pressure-free experience. I highly recommend.

Excellent sales staff
Really impressed with the salesman in the Lincoln branch. He absolutely deserved the sale! He was endlessly patient with my mum and made sure he found her the right bed, headboard and base to fit her needs, within her budget. He didn't rush us at all and made us feel like valued customers. (The opposite to how we'd just felt in the Dreams store next door!)

Great service. The salesman was very welcoming and friendly. He showed us the different brands and types of mattress we wanted along with the technical information for each of them. He left us to try them out and make up our own minds and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this shop.

New bed
Great help from the store manager Dave, when we arrived in the Lincoln store on Triton Road. Not too pushy with sales and he was there to answer any questions we had. Looking forward to our new bed arriving in a few weeks 😀
