I bought a bed here about 7 years ago and went back this last week to get another one as Im moving into a flat now. Elaine helped me choose a mattress perfect for my joints and was very informative and helpful. She also helped me choose a bed frame. Even had the same name as me, how could I not choose that!! She was so lovely and I think its the fastest i have fell in love with a bed. It met every need and she thought about everything. 10/10 recommend the service was phenomenal and felt so welcomed and cared for. Will be back again whenever i need another bed. Love my new bed
I was looking for a new bed & came across Benson for beds when a family relative had bought 1 & lasted long time so I went onto the website & scrolled a lot lol before I found the 1 I loved & the customer service team had kept me updated from day 1 , the drivers were really friendly, courteous & had phoned to let me know when they'd be arriving. It was easy to assemble it either 1- 2 person needed . Everything was very well packaged & everything was there even a screwdriver which was very handy as I didn't have many. I have passed Benson for beds to all my friends & family & il be ordering another bed from them again in future. Thank you so much Benson for beds your the best & great value in prices too.
