Great service overall
In Hamilton shop Cameron was friendly and professional with helping us pick the correct mattress to suit our needs. We were kept in the loop at all stages and delivery went ahead at the stated time. Delivery men were great and very respectful of our property. Mattress is great and sleeping well on it. Overall no complaints

Extremely Risk Adverse Delivery Service resulting in undue stress and voiding or guarantee
The delivery team were extremely risk averse and very quickly decided they could t take the mattress upstairs unless I signed a disclaimer- the space deficit was minimal and ultimately the mattress was taken up very easily with minimal scrunching for a few seconds - however I had to sign a disclaimer voiding my guarantee - the drivers said “this is how we are trained up “ seems like a ploy to invalidate genuine guarantee - at no time was this potential issue (which actually wasn’t an issue ) mentioned prior to this
