Bensons For Beds - Gillingham593 Anmeldelser

The gentleman that dealt with our purchase was really helpful. He pointed out the best option for our requirements and gave us some very helpful advice. Excellent customer service

Staff very friendly and helpful but not at all pushy. Gave us time to consider and try out mattresses. Polite and professional and very welcoming

Excellent service and delivery. Alan, Morgan and Dan looked after everything on the day.

the lady we spoke to was very informative new what we wanted .It was a very good experience

The sales person Richard was excellent he identified what we wanted straight away and took us to the correct product. We were undecided between the one he showed us and one next door in Dreams. We came back to Bensons and Richard really helped to make our decision. Bensons seem to employ much better sales staff than Dreams!!

Paid for a mattress and arranged delivery. I also arranged for my old mattress to fe collected by the council on the same day. Now you inform me you are delaying delivery for another two weeks!!
So I will have nothing to sleep on
Not good enough!!!

We visited the store and was greeted by Odette.
Her customer service skills were excellent and made us feel welcomed into the store, offered all the help and advice we needed but without asking too many question or wanting to sell us something we didn’t want.
We felt free to look about without a sales person breathing down our necks or tracking our every move. It was a great experience and a lot of other stores (Dreams being one) could learn a thing or two from Odette.
Our shopping experience was so good we ended up buying two beds and will happily recommend anyone into your store!
Describe Odette in one word; Fantastic.

Credit to Wendy and others Gillingham Branch really helpful.

Helpful member of staff. We had a rough idea what we wanted, after trying mattresses we realised what we thought we wanted wasn’t right for us. So were guided to the correct one.

Wendy in the Rainham, Gillingham store was amazing. She was so helpful and friendly and made the whole experience easy. Looking forward to our delivery now in the new year.

Great service

Very pleased with the staff in the store. No hard sell just useful information when we needed it. We were allowed to wander and decide ourselves which mattress we thought we needed. Gently guided through the various attributes of each product. Altogether a pleasant experience.
The mattress was delivered during the time slot allocated and the two lads who struggled to get it upstairs and in position on the bed were most helpful and polite.

Richard made the experience great. He was attentive but not overly so had good knowledge of the products and was very helpful with regards making the right choice for us and not just the most expensive choice. We never felt under pressure to buy anything and for all of the above reasons we decided this was the right place to buy our bed

We had a great experience. Odette talked us through using the sleep experience to work out what our preferred mattress would be. She then took so much time to talk to us about our needs and how the different sorts of mattresses might help and this meant we could make an informed decision. Sale was well handled and we really felt like valued customers. Would definitely shop there again.

The staff were very helpful. But the new Store quite frankly looks awful at the moment, and there is not a huge choice in Store. Thankfully they had what I was looking for. The mess from the previous Retailer should have been sorted by now.

Ladies were brilliant in store, helped us tremendously, very friendly, helpful and Wendy is a credit to the company. Cannot thank wendy enough as she assisted us from the start of when we walked into the shop right up to purchase, very happy customer 😊

Very helpful staff .and a quick and easy response for what I needed.

Great experience from start to finish, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Varied products in stock and available directly.
