All-round great experience
Have used Bensons before. Great quality in a range. Customer service, on the shop floor, supportive & informative. Left us to make our decisions , without overseeing and managing us.

We ordered a wide headboard bed frame with matching bedside cabinets. From ordering this in store to the delivery and build of the bed, I cannot fault the service. All colleagues were helpful and efficient. The company stuck to the agreed delivery date and kept us updated with messages on progress.

Quick and low pressured
I went into store with a toddler to have a look for a new bed for him. This could have clearly gone horribly wrong, however it was a great experience for both of us.The man that helped us was extremely lovely and helpful. He answered all the questions I had and he also gave us space when needed. It was quick and efficient with no pressure.

The sales team were very professional
The sales team were very professional and helpful plus friendly without being pushy. Wendy gave us all the information we needed and left us to consider the selections on our own to come to our final decision. On making a decision our further questions were answered fully and with great knowledge. 14/07/2025
Following purchase, on 11/08/2025 my delivery took place & the delivery drivers phoned 40mins in advance, after I had received my two hour time slot 3 days before. They were extremely professional but friendly & brought everything indoors in no time at all, took away all packaging & made sure I was happy with my order. I am very impressed with the whole service from start to finish that I received from Benson for Beds. What a great team they have proved to be & I will always recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

Richard in gillingham store was fantastic
Richard was fantastic from start to finish. Very welcoming, not pushy. Let me take my time looking and answered all my questions was very knowledgeable about all the beds and showed me all the features and benefits of multiple ottomans. Richard also took his time to explain and show me several mattresses that would support my back condition allowing me to take my time testing them out. I enquired on the Friday and made sure I went back on the Monday to order when Richard was on shift. His professionalism and friendly behaviour is why I went back and purchased. He’s truly an assist to the store.
