Assistant in the shop was so helpful which made the process of buying our mattress so easy.

Delivery slightly early but I was called to make sure it wasn’t a problem. Delivery went spot on and the two lads even loved our dog 🐕

I wanted a headboard for my room couldnt decide on one the sales assistant. took me around the shop at team valley retail world i described what i was looking for i got it within 10mins deciding the best ones he chose for me he nailed it for me.wouldnt go any further than bensons when it got delivered it took 3 weeks for it to come they kept you updated with everything and give you times what was best to arrive at my house the driver. Colin and his assistant reece were both polite and took headboard upstairs for me a lot just put in the porch.thanks lads. Thank you at the shop as well.both pleasant lads

From the visit to the store at Team Valley Gateshead to the delivery and set up, getting a new bed has been a brilliant process. Excellent customer care, advice and information. The communications were great - we were reassured and kept up to date. Everything went as planned.
Colin and Michael were excellent when they delivered the new bed. We paid the extra for Bensons to dissemble our old bed (also Bensons) and take it away as well as assemble the new bed. This was all carried out cheerfully and professionally. They gave us advice on after care and left us information.

We absolutely love our new bed. Thank you Bensons 😊

From ordering in store staff were amazing, they kept me up to date with delivery times could even track where the delivery was and they came on time they said 2 minutes past 8 and they were bang on. The two guys who assembled the bed and tele were professional and cautious and took all packaging away would definitely recommend.

First time customer (bought new iGel mattress; iGel mattress protector & 2 x Dunlopillo(s)) with Bensons for Beds and I cannot praise them highly enough - GOLD Stars all round, from Paul in the Gateshead shop to the Delivery Drivers (Lee especially). Honestly, a FIRST-CLASS outstanding customer service. Paul spent a lot of time with me in discussing and trying out several mattresses, and answering my many, many questions. He was extremely courteous, unfailingly polite and could not have been more helpful, whilst, I stress here, nil pressure to purchase any of their products. His expert knowledge on all things Beds was second to none and it was on the information supplied by him, that I went ahead and made my purchases, knowing I was in very good hands and would not be let down by this firm. It was quite an expensive purchase but I benefitted from the 25% off end May Bank Hol discount - YEAH! Paul also kept me informed at every stage and I am currently a full week into my new iGel nanotech 3001 mattress, which, up to now, is everything Paul said it would be and more: extremely comfortable and highly suitable for arthritis sufferers (previous mattress was a Hypnos). The Delivery drivers could not have been more helpful and highly respected my home: mattress was wrapped-up really well, to keep it clean, and the guys removed and took away all the packaging. I end this Review by saying that I cannot in all seriousness recommend Bensons for Beds highly enough, and if you are currently looking around for a new bed etc., I would not hesitate in saying to look no further than Bensons - you will NOT be disappointed, at any stage.
