Delivery guys great but product faulty…
Delivery guys great but product faulty - after spending almost £2000 on a bed you would think that the holes to connect the divan base might have the thread needed to secure the screws and all pistons would be accurately working. Instead we now have to wait longer for spare pistons to arrive and no result on the thread side of things so have had to use a nut & bolt to secure it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear our delivery team provided great service, but we are incredibly sorry that your new bed arrived with missing screw threads and faulty pistons. For a purchase of this value, we understand how frustrating these manufacturing defects must be, especially having to source your own hardware to secure the base. We are actively reviewing our quality control processes with our production team to prevent this from happening again, and we are tracking your replacement parts to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.

Excellent Customer Service, No Jargon and real care
We were looking to replace our mattress for the first time since moving out of parents. John the customer assistant came over and ask us basic questions to get a vibe of what we needed (Mattress + base and budget and our other comforts). He gave some suggestions and really proved he was listening as they were perfect. His sales approach was excellent: you can tell he is knowledgeable and knows the product because he was able list pros/cons and guide us to the products which best suited us without the confusing jargon. He left us to have a wider browse which ultimately led to our purchase as we didn't feel pressured to buy something. Even after I said we were going to come back to buy, he still showed us care and didn't rush us out. He came back over once we were done browsing and guided us through the payment options for instalments and extra packages making sure not to pressure when something wasn't necessary. He was very knowledgeable and knew which mattress' to recommend.

Very Happy…
The staff in the store where we made our purchase were outstanding in every way, the customer service was all you could wish for, and a suitable deal was reached in consideration of the sum of money involved. When it came to the delivery Paul and Ryan were equally amazing, a phone call 20 minutes out to warn of their impending arrival and then when they arrived, cheerful, chatty, courteous, swift and efficient. This whole process has been as good as you could have asked for.

Steve was amazing!
I came in to the Exeter store this afternoon with my dad to find a new mattress and bed frame for him. He is having to move house unexpectedly to be closer to family due to a severe illness. The moving process so far has been stressful, but our experience today in store was incredible. My dad said he never knew choosing a bed could be fun. Steve helped us and did an amazing job, showing us every option that was suitable and offered us everything we would need. He was great fun and very personable, which really did make all the difference. Thank you Steve for making the process so fun and stress free! Such a wonderful experience during a hard time for our family.

I recently purchased a mattress from this company, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the ordering process (a big thank you for Steve from Exeter branch, very knowledgeable and helpful)to delivery guys(John and Mark) everything was smooth, professional, and hassle-free.
The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable and provides excellent support. I've noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality since using it, and I wake up feeling much more rested.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high-quality mattress and excellent customer service. Thank you for making the purchase experience so easy and enjoyable!
