Bensons For Beds - Edinburgh Straiton Anmeldelser

Great experience. Our sleep is very important to us and we took our time choosing the right mattress. We have received a very professional and friendly help from Peter. It was very clear Peter likes his job and does it very well. His knowledge was very impressive too.

Highly knowledgeable and friendly Team at the Edinburgh Straiton store. Stephen was great and took time with us to explain differing mattresses, pillows, etc to ensure we made the right decisions. Much appreciated.

Very good interactive staff and good product

We knew what we wanted and the salesgirl was really helpful

Everything went to plan. Kept well informed of delivery date and window slot which was updated before the bed was delivered.
Removal of old bed and assembly of new bed done very smoothly.
My initial visit to Bensons at Straiton in June was with an excellent very helpful assistant.

Wonderful service from the shop to the delivery with decent staff with good product knowledge.
Delivery updates were accurate and on time so I could organise and plan my day.

Thank you for a great retail and delivery experience.

The salesperson was helpful and friendly. We received many updates on our order after it was placed including a call from the delivery men before they arrived. It was a good deal and I am pleased with the purchase.

Very helpful staff polite and supportive experience throughout their interaction with us.

We recently visited the Benson for Beds store at Straiton Retail Park in Edinburgh and had an excellent experience from start to finish.

We were helped by Stephen, who struck the perfect balance between being knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. In fact, we'd visited a number of mattress retailers during our search, and some of the more aggressive sales approaches elsewhere actually put us off purchasing. Stephen was different. He took the time to explain the different mattress options, helped us understand what would suit our needs and budget, and then gave us the space to look around and make our own decision without hovering over us.

What we particularly appreciated was that he focused on helping us find the right mattress first, rather than immediately trying to upsell additional products. That made the whole experience feel much more genuine and customer-focused.

We had narrowed our choice down to Benson for Beds and Dreams, but the service we received from Stephen ultimately brought us back to Benson for Beds later that same day, where we purchased our new mattress along with memory foam pillows.

The service didn't stop once we had placed the order. The delivery timeframe was excellent, with only around a week's wait, and we received regular updates throughout the process. We were even given a delivery timeslot several days in advance, which made it easy to plan around.

The delivery team were fantastic as well. They arrived early, delivered everything directly to the room of our choice, and even removed all the plastic packaging afterwards, meaning there was no mess or waste left behind. They were efficient, professional, and courteous throughout.

A huge thank you to Stephen and the wider Benson for Beds team for making what can often be a stressful purchase such a straightforward and positive experience.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store to others.

Excellent service both in store and on delivery. While in store we felt like we had a fantastic experience getting help choosing the correct bed.

Your store colleagues were particularly helpful, particularly Stephen who fully explained the different types of mattresses available. Keeping us updated on delivery was also excellent. The delivery team were extremely efficient, cheery and helpful explaining how to turn and set the mattresses

It was Edinburgh Groathill branch.

No problems whatever, they kept me well informed about status of order and delivery went like clockwork

Very knowledgable sales assistant and good range of beds and mattresses.

I have dealt with Peter (the Manager) previously when I bought my bed and the service was top notch, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I needed to get a mattress for my second bedroom and didn’t hesitate to go back. Peter was understandably busy but came over to say hello and see how he could help. He then had one of his colleagues help me, Hannah, and she was also brilliant. Like Peter, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Once again it was a delight getting a mattress from them knowing we Gow the right one.
Thank you for your time and assistance.

We have used Bensons For Beds in Straiton, Edinburgh, twice and have been amazed by the patience, consideration and professionalism of the staff there, who listened to our concerns and needs and helped us make purchases of beds which have been excellent. Hannah, the sales person whom we dealt with last time was absolutely brilliant. After service is excellent too. We couldn’t be happier

Gabriel, the sales assistant was 100% helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and he tailored our visit to a couple who clearly don't enjoy shopping. The experience was manageable and we went through each stage with ease. The beds were varied and the assessment was thorough.
