Choosing a King size mattress & pillows.
Our salesman, Jamie was knowledgeable, friendly & patient. The showroom was very well laid out and even though we weren't spending a fortune he was happy to spend time helping us. He arranged a small amount of credit on our behalf as well as the delivery. The manufacturing time was reasonable and delivery time accurate. The mattress and pillows arrive on the specified date 29/10/26.

I was quoted one price on the day I viewed the mattress (25th August) but on returning to place the order a few days later the price had suddenly jumped by a significant amount - on deciding to reject the new price it suddenly dropped somewhat, but I still paid £50 more than the original quote which annoyed me.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you were quoted one price when you first viewed the mattress and then found the price had increased when you returned to place your order. I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially as you ultimately paid more than the original price quoted.
Prices and promotions can change over time, but I appreciate your comments and can confirm that your feedback will be passed on to the relevant team for review.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us,
