I’m happy with my new bed now
I’m happy with my new bed now, there were a few mishaps along the way but overall the customer service on the phone & in the store (Purley way) have been very good. The delivery drivers have been swift, unfortunately the first bed was damaged but the last delivery drivers offered their help and was very polite.

Overall, great experience. After 3 years our mattress developed a fault and the Benson’s for bed team promptly helped us by confirming the fault and exchanging our mattress according with their 10 year warranty promise. Very relieved and pleased with the service.

Thank You Shravan at the Croydon Store
We visited the Croydon store on 21st March 2026 with our order details from 10 years ago hoping to buy the exact same mattress again. When we showed Shravan the paperwork, not only did he know exactly what mattress we wanted, it turned out Shravan was also our sales advisor all those years ago! He is brilliant, super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Thank You Shravan. The delivery process was also faultless as the mattress arrived, as scheduled, on 29th April 2026 and the delivery guys were great.

We made our purchase at the Croydon Purley Way branch, we were served by Ian who was really polite and very helpful, we told him what we were looking for and he showed us all the options regarding bed frames, divans and mattress options and colour and fabric options too, which made our choice much easier, thank you Ian for your time and patience.

The quality for bensons wardrobe is…
The quality for bensons wardrobe is very good but they are unable to deal with issues that arise. The fitter damaged one of the panels when installing and I’ve waiting over 2 months for the supplier to sort it out. Despite several calls and emails to Bensons no progress has been made. Bensons keep asking the same questions and now stalling tactics as the supplier is not responding. Will have to raise a formal complaint

I changed my mind about extra firm mattress to medium. No problem. Went back to Benson and changed order. Very helpful staff.
The men who delivered the mattress were very helpful. Removed the old mattress and unwrapped the packaging and out the mattress on the bed.

Very professional without any pressure…
Very professional without any pressure selling it was like a tutorial and sleeping with the bed with the technology to show you how firm your mattress should be and your sleep patterns. I found this very enlightening. And when I am ready to order, I will certainly come to Benson’s for beds.
